Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kaikista paras surfing rannat, leipomo, useita baareja ja ravintoloita, Surf Casita on uusi koti sijaitsee sydämessä Rincon Puntas alueella. Yksityinen koti istuu omaisuuden Surf tauko Päärakennus mutta irtoaa kokonaan oma parkkipaikka, katolla kannella ja oma sisäänkäynti.

Saavuttuaan kotiin, löydät ensimmäisen luokan tapaamisista tilavaa keittiö ruostumattomasta täysikokoista laitteet ja graniitti työtasot. Avoin pohjaratkaisu on mukavan kokoinen perhehuone Futon sohva ja tuoli. Rentoudu perhehuoneessa kun katsot 40 "taulutelevisio. Tuo Blueray levyt nauttia elokuvan loman aikana. Hi Speed Internet ja WiFi istua suoraan keskelle talon vakuuttaa vahva yhteyden. On täysi kylpyhuone, makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja makuuhuone king size-vuode. Rincon on Surfing Capital of the Caribbean ja Puntas jossa loma-asunnot sijaitsee on keskellä Rincon. KAIKKI parhaista surf taukoja ovat kävelyetäisyydellä ~ 0,2 kilometrin päässä talosta. Fantastic accommodations, beautiful views, and an amazing city!

We stayed in The Surf Casita and absolutely loved it. The rooftop deck was so relaxing and provided some amazing views and incredibly sunsets. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. It is in excellent proximity to the bustling town and all the beautiful beaches. Craig was an excellent host and very responsive if I had a question. Would highly recommend the property, the town, and all it has to offer! We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back again and again!

Awesome Stay!!

We have been staying in Rincon for the past few years looking for the 'right' place. I think we have found it. We usually only stay right on the water, but we didn't mind being up the hill, and only a couple minutes from the great surf spots. The owners could not be nicer and more welcoming. We stayed in the smaller of the 2 properties, but got a tour of the main house and both are very nice. We will absolutely be staying here again, and again!! Highly recommend this place!!

Adventure and relaxation!

Location is amazing! The property is very well kept and clean. It was the perfect size for our family of four, but you won't spend much time there. So much to do outside and the rooftop is beyond awesome! We got the pleasure of meeting the owners, Craig and his wife were so welcoming and interesting to talk to. I can't wait to come back!

Family Dive Trip

This was exactly what we needed for our family dive trip. We needed a place to have a bathroom and beds with the capability to cook our own meals. This was perfect!

Booked last minute, Craig answered the phone for me in the middle of the night to help me out, highly recommend. prime location. 2 minute drive to Marias beach.

Great Last Minute Addition to Our Vacation

When our initial “Airbnb” was a fail, we were able to book Craig’s last minute and boy, are we glad we were! The 2br casita was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, everything worked as advertised and the view off the rooftop deck was awesome! Town of beach chairs/coolers in the main house’s closet and a washer and dryer there as well were also really nice to have. The only thing I’d change were all the people playing their music REALLY loud at night while passing the house in their cars, which is located right on a decently busy stretch of the street. If you are a light sleeper, it might bother you but, thankfully, our two little kids slept like the dead after playing in the Sandy Beach (a 5min drive from the house) surf for hours. So thankful we were able to find this place after a less-than-stellar beginning to our ultimately successful beach week!

The perfect place to stay in Rincon

We arrived after dark and the house was easy to find, that evening, prior to arrival, Craig was in touch with us asking if we had any questions and giving us tips for locating the house after dark. Throughout our stay, Craig was a wealth of information and extremely quick to address our needs and issues. We referenced the information that he provided about beaches and restaurants throughout our trip and we found it to be very accurate, making our trip so much better! The house has everything you need including a very comfortable king bed. Craig also has a closet full of beach chairs, coolers etc that made our beach days so much more comfortable. Craig is a fabulous homeowner to work with and we will definitely stay with him again when in Rincon. Now for Rincon, we were there for 10 days and only wish we could've stayed longer! With so many great beaches to choose from you can head to a different beach every day, or find your favorite and return everyday... your choice. The food option in town exceeded our expectations for your typical beach town, we had a few 4-star meals and many great tacos! The locals are extremely friendly and helpful and we felt very safe for the entirety of our trip. Suggestion: A car is a must as the roads are very narrow and some must-see locations are a bit far to walk. That being said GET THE SMALLEST VEHICLE POSSIBLE, the only thing I would change about our trip is to get a smaller car next time. Some parking areas are small and as I said the roads are narrow.

Just as advertised ... clean, comfortable, and great location

A great location and a a very clean and well-maintained property that instantly "feels like home". If using the owner's GPS directions, rather than continuing 1/4 mile down the road, look for the casita immediately as you turn onto his street ... you can't miss the blue casita (and adjoining bigger house) and the driveway is pretty much straight in after you make the turn. We were never able to get the cable TV working, despite the owner's help ... but with all there is to do around Rincon that wasn't a huge concern. Do be aware that the master bedroom is hard by the street, so can be a bit noisy. Not much traffic at night, though. A great place to listen to the coqui frogs after enjoying sunset from the wonderful top deck. The occasional VERY loud squawks from the neighbor's parrot across the street added a fun touch during the day.

Surf Casita - fantastic vacation

We stayed at the smaller property adjacent the big Surf Break house, the Surf Casita, and had a fantastic stay. The place is very conveniently located to all the surf breaks, anywhere from 2-5 minutes away (we had a car). The apartment is super cute and very well-appointed, and Craig the owner was always very helpful, responsive, and top of things. While we were there the wifi went down for a few days because of issues with the company (not with our house at all), and Craig was totally on it right away, calling the company and keeping us constantly updated on the progress. I would love to return to Rincón and stay at this place again.

Surf Casita Great Chill Spot

This is a great place perfect for two people and okay for 3. It's in a great location. Many beach options nearby and bars and restaurants. Neighbors are very friendly. Roof deck is killer!. Blender is in perfect working order.... Need I say more?

Amazing place!

Our stay at the Surf Casita was amazing! It's location is perfect- within a 5 minute drive to most of the best surf breaks in Rincon. The house is perfect for 2 couples or a few friends. One of the major highlights is the rooftop patio. We spent many nights up there hanging out, cooking dinner on the barbeque and checking out the stars. Craig was extremely helpful. He gave us a ton of info on all the surf spots and was available every time I needed to get in contact with him. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rincon. Many thanks to Craig!

We were looking for a place to surf and really were not up for a trip to California or Hawaii. While not a fan of San Juan we figured we would give Rincon a try. We absolutely loved the area and loved all the various surf breaks. 3 years of looking and we found our dream spot and then added our dream home.

After staying at several places in Rincon we found that many of the accommodations were lacking. Old kitchens, terrible beds, plastic furniture, non working tv's, poor to non-existent WIFI and views that did not live up to creatively framed/zoomed advertised photos. We decided to build a home that would address ALL these issues while still being the best value for the vacation dollar.
The home is located in a vibrant local neighborhood. You are just a short walk to the famous Puntas Bakery and several bars and restaurants. You are right in the middle of all the best surfing breaks in Rincon. The biggest factor when building was to take advantage of the panoramic ocean views from the Casita's roof. Being able to have happy hour at the house and watch the over the ocean sunsets each night is just the perfect end to the day.
