LOCATION: Walk to downtown Dewey Beach and enjoy the nightlife and water sports, or jump onto the Jolly Trolley and head into downtown Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the boardwalk, shopping, and some of the finest dining in the area. This is a perfect vacation spot, situated on a quiet, family-friendly street with mature trees, lush landscaping, and plenty of off-street parking.

AMENITIES: EV charger available upon request. The private pool will open on May 1st and will be closed for the season on October 31st. The pool is heated automatically. Ceiling fans, a washer, a dryer, Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, a fire pit with outdoor seating, and a pet-friendly (no cats).
THINGS TO KNOW: Two dogs are permitted (no cats), and each dog is charged a pet fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package for guests. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary # 2024713094.
Damage waiver: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
