Kauniisti remontoitu ja hyvin hoidettu huoneisto, josta on näkymät joelle, iso nurmikkoinen piha ulkokäyttöön ja sijaitsee lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta tai kaupungista!

Yläkerrassa on keittiö, jossa graniittitasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, aamiaisbaari ja puoli kylpy. Olohuoneessa ja ruokailutilassa on kauniit parkettilattiat, puulämmitteinen takka, ja se ulottuu täysin kalustettuun kannelle, jossa on kaasugrilli ja sateenvarjopatio-pöytä. Täydellinen ulkona illalliseen, juomiin ja veneiden kulkemiseen.

Maanpinnan tasossa on kaksi suurta makuuhuonetta, joissa queen-vuode tai täysi sänky, uusi matto, mahtava kaappitila ja täysi kylpyamme kaakeloidulla suihkulla / kylpyammeella, graniittilaskurit ja tupla-altaat. Nauti kupillinen kahvia ja katsele auringon nousua istuessasi keinutuolissa yksityisellä patiolla makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella.

Yhdistys-allas ja poreallas (avoinna toukokuusta - työpäivään), suurella aurinkoterassilla ja patiohuonekaluilla. Erinomainen sateisiin päiviin tai rentoutumiseen pitkän päivän jälkeen rannalla tai keskustassa.

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Was a close walk to downtown/beaches. The place has nice some extras if you’re traveling with kids(extra toys/books/beach supplies). Really loved our time here, and would recommend!

Great stay in SoHa

Perfect condo on the North Shore side of South Haven just over the bridge. Everything was exceptionally clean! Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with two sinks. Great full kitchen. Perfect place for a couple or small family get together. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable condo in great South Haven location!

This condo was a great place to stay with friends for a weekend! It was clean and comfortable and walking distance both to the beach and to shops and restaurants in downtown South Haven. Great river view from the balcony!

Clean, fully stocked with beach gear

Very clean condo, fully stocked with all the beach gear you would need. The owner was very responsive leading up to, as well as during our trip. Loved the location--walking distance to restaurants as well as the beach. Thanks to owners for keeping such a great condo!

Family Vacation

We had a great week in South Haven and the condo made it that much sweeter. The condo is well kept and clean! The location couldn’t be better as you can walk to the beach or to downtown. We’ve been vacationing in South Haven several summers now and would be thrilled to stay in this condo again next year.

Great experience for a second summer!

We had another wonderful stay in this condo. It is clean, convenient and feels like a home away from home. We spent a week here with our younger children both this summer and last, and couldn't have asked for better amenities, location and attention to detail. We can't wait to come back!

Great amenities, great location

Loved the place. Everything was very new and updated. The layout worked great and the bedrooms were both ample with a very generously size kitchen for a rental condo. The pool was certainly a plus. Easy to walk to both downtown and the beach; we never used our car after the first day.

Great condo and location.

We absolutely loved the condo! Very beautiful and great location. Only concern we had was the railing on the upper deck were spaced really far apart so we could not enjoy the deck because our son could fit through the openings. Otherwise we loved it and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, clean, convenient family-friendly

Our family has been coming to South Haven for the last several years, and this was a terrific place to stay. Very clean, well-kept up and plenty of room for our family of 4. There was plenty of space, and lots of little extras to make us comfortable--from the beach chairs and boogie boards to plenty of extra sheets and towels. The indoor pool was great for a rainy afternoon. Location can't be beat--so close to the beach, downtown South Haven, and of course Sherman's ice cream!

Outstanding!

Our family (2 adults and a toddler) loved it here. Updated, clean, and close to EVERYTHING. The condo was fully stocked with everything you need from kitchen items, beach toys and chairs, baby/kid equipment, and more. The owners made our first trip to South Haven amazing. We will be back!

Great location, nice plce

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 3 kids (4 people total). This was the perfect size for us. Great location with an easy walk to town and the beach. My kids really appreciated the beach toys and wagon, and also enjoyed all of the toys and games available in the rental (magnatiles, dominos, puzzles, many board games). They also really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I loved the outdoor decks for sitting and drying swimsuits and towels. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous

One word: Fabulous. The condo was clean, location was ideal. The condo was close to the beach and the downtown area. We drove to North Beach because we had small kids. One of our favorite parts of the vacation was sitting out on the balcony, watching the boats go by on the Black River. Having an indoor pool was definitely a plus. All in all, I would recommend this property. Very affordable.

So clean and comfortable!!

We loved staying here for our family vacation! It was so great for us and our kids (ages 8, 8, and 5). Little things like night lights and toys and umbrella for the beach made this such a great fit for us. Everything was so clean. The beds were comfortable. Great location. Quiet but still able to walk to downtown or close beaches for sunset. Grassy area to play behind the condo. Full kitchen and nice table where we could all eat together. Loved being able to do laundry. A very relaxing home away from home!!! Totally recommend this condo!

PERFECT CONDO to rent!! CLEAN, CLOSE TO TOWN, GORGEOUS!

I can't say enough good things about this condo! The pics don't do it justice. It is SOOO clean, so nice with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc. Very "cozy" too. A nice fireplace and balcony. The bedding and towels are so nice too - a biggie for me when renting. Our kids LOVED the indoor pool - that sealed the deal for me when comparing condos. You could easily walk to town and the beach (though we drove with our little ones). I've done the comparing and shopping around for you, trust me! STAY HERE :-)

Great Stay Despite A Bad Week of Weather

We caught a bad few days of weather which made having a great place to stay all the more important. Great location and a nice walk into town for meals, shopping, etc. Also a nice walk to the beach/marina. Beautiful place with great fixtures/amenities and a great setup if you have kids (with a pack-and-play, booster chair and children's gate included in the unit). The owners are great to work with--highly responsive and very organized. We had an issue with the DVD player one evening and by 9am the next morning, the owner had replaced it with a new one. Great location for a summer vacation or a winter retreat. Highly Recommend.

Close to the beach, had everything we needed

Owner was very communicative about what was included/expected. Good recommendations for local favorites too! We enjoyed the area; felt very safe & liked being close to the beach and downtown area. Condo was as expected. Plenty of space for our family. Very clean unit but did seem like an older unit and bedrooms were a little musty being on the main floor level. The Dehumidifier did help but was a little annoying being right outside the bedroom door and the door couldn’t be closed without getting musty. We were disappointed the pool/hot tub area was closed due to maintenance issues. We were informed ahead and given the opportunity for a refund but weren’t able to find another option with a pool. I wouldn’t have paid quite as much since there was no pool option, but the location was nice and walkable to a lot. We enjoyed our stay!

Charming and beautifully renovated Condo close to everything!

My husband and I spent three lovely nights at this gorgeous condo last week (May, 2016). It was beautifully renovated with gorgeous wood floors, granite and stainless in the kitchen and a lovely Master bath. It boasts two balconies which we enjoyed, and also has a fireplace that makes us want to make another booking for a cozy stay in November or December! The condo was spotless and extremely well maintained. We come to South Haven regularly and we usually stay at the B & B around the corner. We decided to try a condo this time for a bit more space and we're both very glad we did! The location is great and we walked to the beach and into town each day and evening. It's a short and easy walk to both. There are two small things to keep in mind when renting this condo. 1. If you like soft (feather) pillows then bring your own. 2. Pack some beach towels. I looked at SO many places before selecting this condo and won't stay anywhere else when in South Haven.

Simply Perfect!

Where do I even start? From the second I walked in, it smelled amazing!! I need to know what that was. I was so impressed with this condo. It was clean and had everything you would need in a home. I forgot to bring my coffee,which is a must for me in the morning and I found some in the cabinet. Kitchen was fully stocked. Came with everything you could think of for cooking. I also got ice cream (Sherman’s) on my new dress. Not to worry, they even had spray n wash!!!! Beautifully updated and decorated so nice. Bed was comfortable for my liking. Shower and water pressure perfect. If you’re like me some showers don’t have enough pressure to make you feel clean or rinsed. Perfect location, just minutes away from beach, shopping and restaurants. Area was peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning watching the boats. There were 3 of us staying and had plenty of room.Owner was wonderful and provide so much great information regarding amenities, maps and additional info needed. Call me stupid but I was so impressed I even washed,dried and folded all the bedding. Needless to say I’m ready to move in and never leave. Thank you so much for making my quick long weekend escape perfect.

Can't beat the location

Excellent price, communication and experience all around. The location is perfect, everything downtown South Haven and the Beach are very walkable. Quiet location with easy access and safe area of town. Only negative is the dehumidifier downstairs, otherwise super clean and great stay. 10/10 would stay again!

My husband and I have been married for 10 years and have 2 little girls (ages 5 and 2). We live and work in Kalamazoo and love to escape to lake shore.

Miksi majoittaja valitsi tämän majoituspaikan

We first purchased our condo as a retreat from our busy lives for our little family. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to the beach and town but on a quiet side street. We figured it would be a nice little getaway on the weekends. Little did we know that it was already an existing VRBO. We'd never thought of having a VRBO, but after our first season of welcoming guests, we realized we loved sharing our condo and the South Haven experience with others. So we continue each summer to open our doors to guests to give them a place to relax and make family memories.
