The loft's distinctive open design, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows, floods the space with natural light and perfectly captures the essence of modern urban living amidst the cultural backdrop of Little Italy.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy easy access with a secure digital lock system, allowing for a seamless and private entry experience.

Little Italy is a vibrant neighborhood known for its rich history, charming atmosphere, and numerous attractions. Here are some key points of interest:

Piazza della Famiglia: This European-style piazza serves as the heart of Little Italy, featuring a beautiful, tiled fountain and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. It's a popular spot for dining and community events.

India Street: Known for its array of Italian restaurants, bakeries, and shops, India Street is the main thoroughfare through Little Italy where you can find authentic Italian cuisine and imported goods.

Getting Around:
Leave the car behind! Our loft is just a 10-minute walk from the Santa Fe Depot, offering access to trolley lines and commuter trains. Whether it's exploring UC San Diego or heading downtown, public transit is readily available. This unit does NOT come with a parking spot. For those driving, there is street parking available. Please note that parking may be difficult to find at times, due to the nature of the busy city area.

There’s also an overnight parking lot on the corner Ash St and Kettner Blvd that charges $20 for 12 hours or $35 for 24 hours that we recommend.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will get to see the full spectrum of city life, which includes interacting with locals from all walks of life. We strive to provide a secure and welcoming environment inside our property and encourage guests to embrace the rich tapestry of urban living while exploring Little Italy.

PLEASE NOTE: There is construction across the street between the hours of 7am-7pm.
Due to the busy downtown area, there also may be noise from the street and surrounding area. It is the nature of downtown. If you are looking for a completely quiet area, this may not be the place for you.

To maintain upkeep, the patio area will be cleaned by gardeners on a weekly basis.
