When you aren't spending sun-soaked days on the sand, come home and chat on the deck with a calming water-view backdrop. Just a short drive away, Cape Palms Park is a beautiful spot for picnicking and enjoying the outdoors. The William J "Billy Joe" Rish Recreation Area is also nearby, offering fishing, hiking, and birdwatching opportunities. And don't miss the unique Stumphole, a popular spot for snorkeling and diving among submerged cypress trees.

When it's time for indoor fun, unwind with a few rounds of foosball or one of the board games. The overstuffed couch in the living area faces a TV, so you can stream your favorite series using your own login credentials. The full kitchen is up-to-date with gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances, so you can quickly prepare your specialties. The home is equipped with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer for your comfort. This condo is two stories and is apart of a 4-unit managed building.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
