Inside, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with queen beds to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The updated bathroom features modern plumbing and a convenient tub/shower combo. Enjoy amenities such as high-speed internet, air conditioning, and an in-unit washer/dryer for added convenience. Street parking is available, and easy access to the nearby I45 freeway simplifies travel.

Our property is located in a peaceful residential area that is currently undergoing some revitalization. Across the street, you may see a few houses that are unoccupied and awaiting renovation. While these homes are not lived in, the neighborhood remains safe and quiet. We take your safety and comfort seriously, and our property is well-maintained to ensure you have an enjoyable and secure stay. We hope you appreciate the tranquil atmosphere and the potential charm of the area as it transforms.
PLEASE NOTE OUR HOUSE RULES:
-Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11am.
-Our property is strictly non-smoking.
-We DO NOT permit pets, parties, or large gatherings.
-Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am.
