Average at best.

The property was in a low income apartment, with a lot of trash on the side street wear I parked. The overall neighborhood other than the complex was fine. The unit itself had major stains on the carpet which was not good and a hole in the bedroom door. aonebedroom doors.

Horrible

We literally spent 5 minutes in the apartment and literally had to run out to find another hotel. The carpet was disgusting and had a stench. It smelled like a zoo! The photo advertised with hardwood flooring is not was we were given. The host did not reply to my messages and ghosted us when we told them that we are leaving within 5 minutes of staying. Avoid this place as it’s a scam!

Very Disappointing

The pictures posted about the property DO NOT match the actual property. This property is run down. It is fully carpeted and very stained. The kitchen is a tiny galley kitchen, not the large kitchen posted in the picture. The property is not updated, open, or bright at all - as the posted pictures portray. Worst part, the dead bolt did not work. I did not feel safe at this property (and I have stayed at several properties around Phoenix). DO NOT RECOMMEND.
