This home offers you the unique opportunity to enjoy swimming in the ocean at your front door & at your backdoor you can kayak on the beautiful Sittee River. Where else can you do that?
A Beach, Pool, Kayaks, Bicycles, & private laundry - this has it all.

This is not a typical worn out rental. All the appliances are new stainless steel. All the beds are new. Most of the furniture is new.

Small things can ruin your vacation or make it special. My fiancée & I tried to provide dozens of extra details that you don't get any other place.

It is just 44 meters from your front door to the beach and only 52 meters to the canal which leads to the river.

ULTRA SAFE DRINKING WATER
The city water in Hopkins is good, but we have installed a triple filter system that takes out all impurities that might be missed. It also removes lead, chlorine, and any odors – making it much better than the bottled water that you buy.

KITCHEN INCLUDES:
- all NEW stainless steel appliances,
- 20 spices, olive oil, & coffee
- cookware, dishes, & flatware all of which are new
- You will have three ways to make coffee - a standard coffee maker, a French press, and a Caribbean style expresso maker.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed. The other has a custom-made bunkbed bed with a queen size on the bottom and a twin size on the top. Beds & closets are custom made from native mahogany. Both bedrooms have new everything – mattresses, linens, pillows, etc. Of course, all linens are provided – 1,800 thread count. Two USB connections are at the nightstands on both sides of the bed.

BATHROOMS FEATURE:
- there is a full bath with walk-in shower,
- Oversize Turkish bath towels
- Bottles of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash are in the shower. (At most hotels you can’t tell which bottle is which without wearing your glasses, but our beautiful bottles feature a large font so you can easily see which bottle is the shampoo.)
- For those who prefer bar soap, we offer a choice of three different scents of FULL SIZE bars - not those tiny ones that everyone else provides.

THE POOL FEATURES:
- a swim-up pool bar. You can sit in the pool while your designated bartender mixes drinks for you. A refrigerator, blender, commercial ice maker that holds 40 pounds of ice, and unbreakable “glassware” – even straws & umbrellas for your beverages are included in the bar. Where else can you get that?
NOTE – Our 4 homes share the pool so it is possible for others to be at the pool at the same time as you. However, it is a large pool area & most people are so busy snorkeling, visiting Mayan sites, & other activities that the pool is seldom crowded.

LAUNDRY
No need to go to a laundromat, because each house has its own private washing machine & dryer – NOT COIN OPERATED. We even provide the laundry detergent.

LIVING AREA OFFERS:

all for your evening recreation.

OUTDOORS YOU WILL FIND:

All of these are available for our guests to use at no charge.

For a small additional fee you can rent for use on the river:
- A Kayak specially designed for fishing. It includes 2 rods, reels, landing
net, plus an assortment of tackle.
NOTE – To get to the river, you paddle a short distance on the canal that borders our property.
