Ahhhhh .... Ranta FRONT perääntyä. Sää on loistava lokakuussa ja marraskuussa! Tule katsomaan itsesi! t on ansaittu loma niin miksi ei nauttia parhaista ... Tämä ei ole tyypillinen condo. Hyväpalkkainen 3 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpy vetäytyä kanssa 9 jalka katot, kruunu muovaus, custom ikkuna hoitoja ja mukautettuja laattojen koko. Olohuone ja makuuhuone on seinän ikkunat upea näköala kristallin sinivihreä vedet ja hiekkaranta. Avaa ovet pois makuuhuone ja olohuone yksityiset Gulf Front parveke. Rentoutua parvekkeella kuunnellen aaltojen pyöriä ja katsella auringonlaskua yli veteen. Makuuhuoneessa on muhkea King size bed, iso tv, poreallas ja erillinen kulkea suihku. Makuuhuone 2 ja 3 on myös suuri ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu w / LCD-televisiot, DVD-soittimet ja oma kylpyamme molemmissa makuuhuoneissa. Tilavalla oleskelutilalla on uusi 60 "suuren näytön tv, W / Net Flix ja nahkainen vuodesohva. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu runsaasti työtä tilaa graniitti työtasot. Nauti Huoneistokompleksissa - Gulf edessä nolla merkintä-allas, sauna, kuntosali näkymät rannalle. Hemmottele itseäsi ja Tule jäädä meille. Sinua iloisesti yllättynyt. We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the first week of June. The weather was beautiful. The unit was nice. There was really nothing worth complaining over. Parking cost 50 for the length of stay. We didn’t have trouble finding a parking spot for 2 vehicles. We would stay here again.

Great communication

We’ve enjoyed Gulf Shores for 30 years. San Carlos is a great location. This unit was nice. Beds comfortable. Communication with property owner/manager was best I’ve ever experienced. A good choice for a vacation rental.

NCAA women’s beach volleyball weekend

Six women all over the age of 45 attended the NCAA tournament. The condo was an easy walk even for a 73 year-old. We had a beautiful view of the golf and on the last day we were able to see dolphins from our balcony while drinking coffeeThe condo is well equipped, and communication with the owners was seamless

Long weekend

Overall, it was great. No hand soap in any bathrooms, ice maker did not work, lights out in primary bathroom were the few glitches we experienced.

We were a group of six. Rented the 3-3 for a month. Condo was spacious,clean,and complete. Owner was quick to return our phone calls when we arrived. We liked it so well we already booked it for next year

Great family vacation

Our family of four brought along my mother and in-laws. We all liked having our own bathroom and the view from the balcony was amazing. All of the shops and restaurants were close by and even walking distance. Our favorite restaurants were The Hangout and Sunliner Diner. Both of them had great food and a wonderful atmosphere. The condo was super clean except for the potato chip we found in the pull out sofa. I loved that it was a short walk to the beach and the staff was friendly. I would recommend staying on this property. We enjoyed our stay. I only wish it would have been longer.

Needs some TLC

The facility was very nice and well kept. This is a VERY busy area with lots of people. The Condo itself needs some upkeep. We contacted the owner shortly after arrival and several time afterwards about a door that wouldnt open to the balcony, clogged drains, a broken garbage disposal and a number of other issues. In spite of sevral promised fixes, nothing was done whatsoever. In spite of the issues, we made the best of it.

Best beach vacation yet

The condo was perfect for what we wanted and the beach was great. We had 5 adults ranging from 18 to 70. We had quick access to the beach and a nice patio to sit on and listen to the waves. The condo was comfortable and fully functional. The owner was also very responsive to any questions that we had. I recommend you read the materials sent to you before you arrive so you will know to bring certain things with you such as paper towels and toilet paper, but this is pretty standard with VRBOs. The beach was never crowded and extremely family friendly. The sand was nice and soft and the water was great. There were enough people to talk to satisfy the extroverts without overwhelming the introverts. We never went to the pool but it was also never overcrowded. I have a tendency to somehow sit right next to the most obnoxious drunk in the area, but we did not even see an obnoxious drunk. We brought our own chairs and umbrella, which I recommend. We were able to go set them up in the morning, go cook breakfast and nobody messed with our stuff. We went the week of July 4th and the fireworks shows were great! We will be back and will look for this same condo again.

Four days on the beach at the San Carlos Condo Unit 610

The listing is very accurate. Located directly on the beach with a beautiful view of the beach from the wide balcony. We enjoyed the balcony very much with many chairs and a table and grill. The grill is electric and had to try 3-4 outlets to find one that worked for the grill. The listing photos were completely accurate and reflected exactly the appearance and amenities. We didn't think the condo was cleaned especially well. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures were clean but we felt the carpets and floors were not vacuumed. You could see dirt and food crumbs under the ottoman and furniture. The tile floor was gritty with sand/dirt. We also wondered if the sheets had been changed as they didn't have that fresh laundered smell. Someone came into the condo while we were there to check the washer and dryer to see if there was anything in them. Also, on another day, someone dropped off a bag of sheets. We left the bag in the hallway. Also, the ceiling fans are dusty I think the owner/manager should have a talk with the people hired to clean as we didn't think they are getting their money's worth. Also, they may want to have the clothes dryer checked out as it takes a long time to dry the laundry. Other than that, we did enjoy the condo. It was perfect for our group. We got groceries at a nearby Walmart and cooked all of our meals at the condo using the grill everyday. There is a TV in every room so everyone got to watch their own favorite programs at night. I highly recommend this property. The Alabama State Park Pier is just down the road, be sure to get there at least once. Watch out for jellyfish. They are plentiful in the water there.

Great choice for six people

Great location and enough space for our crew of six. Also enough dishes and cookware to not have to wash before every meal. The boys took advantage of the fitness center/sauna.The beds were comfortable. The patio doors were heavy and required some strength to open.
