Pool & Hot Tub
Pool heating is $50 per day, with a maximum temperature of 80°F. Payment is typically collected 2 days in advance. Please note:
If the outside temperature drops to 36°F or below, the system automatically enters freeze protection mode, and neither the pool nor hot tub can be heated.
Heating can begin as early as 7:00 AM, but we cannot guarantee the pool will reach 80°F immediately, especially during fall, winter, or springâthis depends on morning temperatures. The $50 fee still applies regardless of how long heating takes.
Heating ends at 8:00 PM; the pool retains warmth for some time afterward.
Only oneâthe pool or the hot tubâcan be heated at a time. They cannot be heated simultaneously.
Never leave the pool cover open unless at least one adult is present and supervising.
Please provide at least 2 daysâ notice to schedule pool heating.
The hot tub is available anytime, but please observe quiet hours (8:00 PMâ7:00 AM) when using it outdoors.
In addition:
Feel good knowing that when booking with us, your enjoyment is solar-powered. We installed solar panels to do our part in minimizing our footprint while offering the level of hospitality we want to provide you, such as low fees for pool heating during the cold season.

Host Interaction
We have always lived in homes and communities shared with local and international traveler's and we enjoy opening our homes in Sedona and Tahoe to those who want to experience the great outdoors. We always default into giving guests their space, but we're happy to connect about tips and local recommendations or answer any messages or questions via AirBnb.
Listing Neighborhood Overview
The location is within 10 minutes of driving to beautiful and well-known places in Sedona:
2-minute drive to Red Rock Scenic Byway (Route 179)
4-minute drive to Chapel of the Holy Cross
5-minute drive to Cathedral Rock
7-minute drive to Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village
9-minute drive to Bell Rock
Getting Around
In Sedona, you will need a car to get around. On weekends, especially on holidays, parking is limited or restricted at popular trails and tourist spots so we recommend checking out the free local shuttle. Also check out the âguideâ we put together for local recommendations.
Other Important Things to Note:
Sedona is filled with wildlife. One of our rules is to never leave any food trash outside the house. Please keep them inside. If they have to be taken outside, make sure to keep them in the trash bin and lock it with the cable system at all times.
No pets allowed.
Wildlife Reminder
Our most common wild visitors are javelinas, deer, and coyotes. Please do not approach javelinas and make sure to give them space. While they are naturally not violent, they come in packs and may attack if they feel any one of them is threatened. They do not run away easily, especially when they smell food. Javelinas will attempt to knock over trash bins and scatter trash everywhere. You can make loud noises to try to scare them away, such as honking your car horn or banging a cooking pot, but keep your distance. Do not harm javelinas - they are creatures protected by the local regulation.
Communicating with Your Hosts
We aim to assist with questions as soon as possible. If you reach out on the app between 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, we do our best to get back to you as soon as possible at 8:00 AM onwards. If you need urgent assistance, please give Psyche a call.
HOUSE RULES:

1. To ensure a smooth and secure experience, guests are required to complete the Truvi verification process within 24 hours of booking.
2. Parking: There are 4 parking spaces available on the property. Please DO NOT park on the street.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed. Weâre allergic to cats and we donât have the capacity yet to host other animals on the property. Thank you for understanding!
3. Quiet Hours (8:00 PM â 8:00 AM)
Sound carries easily in this peaceful desert neighborhood, so we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimumâespecially outdoors. No loud music or amplified sound is permitted after 8:00 PM, particularly near the pool, deck, or backyard. Excessive noise or repeated disturbances not only affect our neighbors but also risk our short-term rental permit. Enforcement Policy: First incident (via noise monitoring device or neighbor complaint): A formal warning will be issued. Second incident, occurring more than 30 minutes after the first warning: A $200 fine will be charged. Third incident, occurring more than 30 minutes after the second: Immediate eviction without refund. We appreciate your respect for the community and your fellow guests. Thank you for helping us maintain a quiet, welcoming environment!
4. Smoking Policy -This is a strictly non-smoking home. Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may smoke outside or on the decks, but doors and windows must remain closed to keep smoke out. Use the provided ashtray and dispose of waste properly. Any evidence of indoor smokingâsuch as smoke detector activation or odorâwill result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or a penalty of $300 to $1,000, based on the cost of post-checkout smoke odor removal.
4. Guests and Gatherings
Weâre easygoing about inviting a couple of friends over for brunch or dinner, but please ask us in advance. If youâre planning to invite more than a few guests, we want to be considerate of neighbors and may need to approve larger gatherings.
5.Kitchen Checkout
At checkout, load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the âAutoâ cleaning cycle (detergent is under the sink). Wash all used pots, pans, kitchen knives, and other non-dishwasher-safe items by hand.
6. Wildlife and Safety Reminder
Because the area is abundant with wildlife, always close windows, lock doors, and secure the pool whenever you are not present at the property during your stay.
