Viehättävä antiikkityylinen koti, jossa iso maalaistalokeittiö, olohuone, kortti / peli tai käyttöhuone varmuuskopiointihuoneeksi, makuuhuoneeksi, isäntäkylpyyn ja pesulaan ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Toisessa kerroksessa kolme makuuhuonetta (täynnä, täynnä, 2 erillistä vuodetta), täysi kylpyamme ja yleinen alue, jossa on taulutelevisio ja kuningatar futon.

Erillinen rakennus- / vierashuoneisto - erittäin tilava huone, jossa on katedraalin katot, vedä sohva queen-patjan kanssa ja kylpyhuone, jossa iso kylpyamme / poreallas. Ulkosuihku, joka sijaitsee mökin vieressä. Voi haluttaessa käyttää myös yhden kokoista ilmapatjaa lattialla.

5 minuutin kävelymatka Crystal Laken keväällä syötettyihin vesiin. 5 minuutin kävelymatka / 30 sekunnin ajomatkan päässä suolaisen veden lampista, jolla on julkinen kaupunki laskeutumassa ja joka johtaa Pleasant Bayen tai vain kajakkiin "The River". 2-3 minuutin ajomatka Pilgrim-järvelle. 5-10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Nausetista tai Skaket Beachiltä. Talo oli entinen 1830-luvun koulumaja, jota on lisätty vuosien varrella. Puistomaiset tontit sallivat hienoja piilopaikkoja, kun taas muu perhe pelaa tennistä tai vain rentoutuu takapihalla. Amazing rental!

Loved the stay at this home. It was exactly as advertised except better. Rustic style home but felt modern with the amenities. Lots of thoughtful additions including helpful signs, puzzles/boardgames, plenty of beach towels, lots of extra sheets. There was a ton of outdoor and indoor space to hang out and the location with regard to the surrounding beaches and towns was perfect! Recommend this place, would stay here again!

We had a great week on the Cape celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The property was beautiful and the weather was perfect. The house was equipped with many amenities that came in quite handy. The patio, paddleboard, and tennis court got a lot of use. We had a fantastic week! Thank you!

Great location, fully stocked

We enjoyed our stay at this property as an extended-family group: one elderly grandparent, four parents, and four kids ages 7 to 16. Our favorite things: - The location is great, short drive to town and to the beach. We especially enjoyed Skaket beach with the kids. - The tennis/pickleball court was a huge hit with much of our group. - We LOVED how well stocked the property was with fun outdoor gear, including everything for tennis, pickleball, and the beach. Plentiful beach towels, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and more. - Everything was clean, and the mattresses seemed quite new. - The kitchen was a great gathering space for us, plenty of room for all 9 of us to sit and enjoy being together. It is across the mudroom from the main part of the house, which was an unexpected plus, since it made a good space for part of the group to assemble early or late in the day, without disturbing others who were sleeping. - The AC was great to have and worked well. A couple of downsides: - I don’t recommend this house for elderly folks with mobility limitations. I had verified with the owner that there’s a groundfloor bedroom with en suite bath, but the bed in there is so high that the grandparent in our group couldn’t safely get up and down, and ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room :( That worked but wasn’t ideal. - My husband and I had planned to sleep in the cottage, but it smelled strongly of Raid insecticide, so we switched to the main house.

A Home away from Home

We enjoyed the clean spacious living conditions that could sleep 10 people comfortably. Really enjoyed the spacious kitchen where we congregated the most. It was a home that was very comfortable and had many perks. It was also nice that the Renters Guide was very helpful.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home. Very well furnished and great location. The tennis courts were enjoyed by our Adult kids every morning and evening. It would be hard to find anything nicer.

Lovely House, Great Location

We had a terrific experience in this house for one week in late July. While everything in Orleans and the mid-Cape is close at hand (beaches, ponds, conservation land, historic sites, shops, restaurants), the quiet road is extremely restful. It's truly silent and dark at night! The house itself is charming, combining a very old historic portion and attractive newer additions. Lots of room to spread out, even for a group. The big, modern eat-in kitchen is a natural space to convene. Communications with the owner were very friendly and helpful in all phases of contact, booking and occupancy. This place is a rare find, giving you a sense of true departure and privacy while putting you close to a wide variety of resources and activities.

Great house and property

The house, location and property were great. Plenty of room for our family to relax get together. Wish the weather was nice enough to play tennis or use the paddleboard. My only issue was with the "guest house ". The fold out sofa had broken springs and was unusable. When we switched to the air mattresses one leaked. Even when we figured out how to to sleep all 8 of us there weren't enough bed linens. There were none for the guest house.

Such a great house!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house over Labor Day weekend! There is tons of space, and it is in a great location - close to the downtown area and several different beaches. The owner, Sarah, and the property manager, Steve, are super helpful and very accommodating. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this house!

just perfect!

6 adults and 4 children very comfortably stayed at this perfect home in Orleans. The owner was extremely thoughtful in the amenities provided - beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, tennis rackets, stand up paddle board - fully stocked kitchen for cooking, ample linens, games and even a book if you need one! This part of the Cape is leaps and bounds better than the Yarmouth/Dennis/Mid cape area. It's quiet and beautiful. This home is walking distance to a pond which was perfect for all of us - some days the kids preferred the pond to the beach! Local beaches are great as well, lots of good restaurants. Our favorite part was just sitting and catching up with family around the outside table, playing tennis, and enjoying the beaches and lake. This was truly a relaxing vacation. Owner and super were very attentive! Would definitely recommend this property!

Stone family vacation...

This Orleans home is a most attractive Cape Cod home! There was plenty of room for all nine of us, with three being children. Comfort was plentiful! Big kitchen with everything you'd need. Bedroooms and bathrooms were very accommidating. The outside shower was in great demand by all. With privacy galore, nearby Lake for swimming, tennis courts, short ride to grocery shopping and ocean swims, theater and art, shopping, biking on bike trail, there wasn't much else to ask for. Worth every penny! Thank you!

Perfect house for a family reunion.

We had a gathering of 9 adults for our nephew's wedding in Orleans. The house is just perfect: spacious, beautiful, quiet, graciously comfortable, and furnished thoughtfully with everything we would want or need. The guest cottage is delightful. The tennis court is first-rate quality and was enjoyed daily. The outdoor space is lovely and offers many options for relaxing or convening. The huge kitchen was the site of many in-between- event gatherings, well-equipped for serious cooking and the table roomy enough to pull up yet one more chair as siblings and cousins stopped by. The location is excellent; our only regret was not having enough time to fully explore the many nearby swimming holes, beaches, and eateries. This property is even nicer than the photographs, which (IMHO) don't quite capture the layout and the flow. Highly recommended; we'll be on the lookout for a reason for an encore visit.

Wedding Stay

I stayed here with my family for my wedding weekend. The house is a unique combination of an old Cape Cod house and some modern additions. We loved the original parts of the house, but the new kitchen was great for the family to spend together. The guest house was perfect for additional family to stay with us. Overall we loved the house.

Stayed here before and love the set up....enjoy all the amenities.

Property works great for us.......Steve is so helpful as is Maura the head housekeeper.....she assisted us on the first night. Landscaping could use some care rather than just mowing.....but I'm a gardener so that's where this is coming from. Great having the lake so close by.

A great place for large families

We spent a lovely week with my family to celebrate my 70th birthday! We were six adults and 3 children. The house has central air conditioning which we very much appreciated as the week was hot. The large kitchen was a central gathering place along with the outdoor patio. The guest house is very comfortable and the outdoor shower was an added benefit. The tennis court is in nice shape and there is a basketball hoop and ball as well. The shed is stocked full of beach toys, chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets and balls. Crystal Lake is a short walk from the house and was a nice place to cool off and play in the water or use their paddle board. The house and yard are beautifully maintained and the neighborhood is quiet. The house is centrally located with short drives to all beaches. We biked on the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is very nice and well maintained. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions about the property. There is a property manager available, if needed. I would recommend this property for families or groups who enjoy activities or to just relax and enjoy the good life.

Perfect Cape Cod Retreat

They call it "The Good Life" for a reason. This is a beautiful property, with every amenity you need for an escape weekend with friends or family. I was here with friends for Labor Day and we all found it to be extremely peaceful, relaxing, and with easy access to a variety of activities--including on property tennis, a glorious lake within walking distance, and the Cape itself. The town of Orleans is quaint and picturesque. There are very clear instructions for exactly where everything is and how it works. And the house itself is gorgeous. There is a clearly older section of it that is classic New England, with dark wood floors and an antique feel. However all the facilities and extensive kitchen are completely modern. Really was just a perfect experience. My friends and I were so grateful to be there.

Awesome Stay

I live in NYC, and my family were visiting from the UK. Decided to take them to Cape Cod and could not have had a better place to stay than this property. So peaceful, clean and spacious. Everything you could need for a perfect getaway. Private land, tennis court, fully stocked kitchen and property. I can't put into words how great the place was, the pictures don't do it justice. Don't hesitate to book this place for a great cape Cod break. Thanks again!!!

Family-friendly and so comfortable

Our extended family enjoyed this house and location so much! Fabulous kitchen for cooking, visiting and great meals together! Tennis courts kept us hopping. Master suite is a beauty. Charades in the parlor and AC throughout is great. We LOVED Crystal lake just next door and really felt like we knew the twon and beaches after just a short time. This home is great for large groups and mulit-ages.

Exceeded Expectations - A Dream Vacation!

Our family of four plus a rotating assortment of friends and other family, LOVED staying at this house, it was perfect in every way. The main house itself was so charming and accommodating and the guesthouse was absolutely lovely for our guests. We also played tennis every day - a true treat! We fell in love with Crystal Lake, so great for kids and SO CLOSE. It's centrally located in Orleans, only a few minutes from Nauset and Skaket Beaches. Pilgrim Lake is also a great place to take little kids, it has a small beach and a great swimming area. We took full advantage of the Cape Bike Trail, nightly trips to Sundae School and saw a children's play at the local theatre. We love this area so much because there is never a shortage of things to do when you're all beached-out. We are already looking forward to another stay next summer!

It was absolutely amazing. The property is gorgeous with plenty of parking, the house is just breathtaking, and its close to town and some ponds. Just sat outside for hours and watched the sparse low clouds zoom overhead.

Excellent Family Vacation

We travel every summer to Cape Cod for a vacation with our extended family. This house was large enough for 7 of us and the kitchen was perfect for us to have our cousins who stay nearby over for dinner a couple of nights. We would highly recommend the house. An an added bonus was that we did not have to bring towels and sheets-or beach chairs floats and toys. It was really fun to try-out the paddle board too!

We are an American/Swedish family who knew instantly that this would be the perfect summer house for us with 3 kids and rotating guests. We loved the antique charm and layout of the house, and of course the tennis/pickleball court! Kids running in and out of the house, people playing tennis, board games or simply reading in a quiet corner. We rented in Orleans in 2006 and fell in love with the town. The town is 'Americana' at its best. Traditional main street with excellent shopping, nice library and superb cafes and restaurants. Plus water everywhere- lakes, inlets, bayside, oceanside- all within minutes of each other!

Antique charm with modernization. Separate cottage with king bed and bathroom. Expansive back yard with beautiful, mature landscaping. Large country kitchen for "togetherness" moments. House layout allows for late nighters to congregate either on the patio or in the kitchen without waking others up(perfect for teenagers and young adults!). 5 minute walk to Crystal Lake. Private tennis/pickleball court with basketball hoop. Paddle board. Partial views of Pilgrim Lake.
