Beautiful private backyard, blackout curtains in the bedrooms, and super laundry machines that are :chef's kiss:!

GARBAGE: for long stays, garbage/recycling pick-up is Wednesday morning. Bins are located just inside the fenced-in gates facing the street on either side of the house. They can be left on the street on Tuesday night.
SMOKING: allowed outside. Ash trays located on back patio.

For check-in you'll be given a unique smart lock code to access your private unit, fully equipped with all necessities including laundry, kitchen, bathroom, and appropriate amenities.
You'll have a dedicated backyard, with privacy fence.
