Brickell is a 20min walk (5min drive) and Wynwood is 8min drive away. The Bay in front is of your new apartment is dotted with Mega yachts and 2 large parks great for a morning run and coffee.
The area is rich with latin and Caribbean culture, bars, and upscale restaurants, including a 5 star one in your building.
Perhaps the highlight of your new "home for a while" is its prime location and accessibility. Directly outside of the front entrance is the Miami Light Rail station - Freedom Tower. The free metro gives you free access to anywhere in Miami.
Of course, the area is also ideal to travel by foot, bike or Uber/Lyft.
