BEACON'S REACH - GUEST RULES:

1. No more than a total of 12 persons, including children, shall be allowed to occupy a rental unit. Use of the common areas (pool, beach, etc.) by more than a total of 12 persons, including children, from a rental unit at a time is not permitted, unless approved in advance by the association. Group parties by renters are not permitted.

2. Parking permits or guest passes are required on all vehicles at all times. Maximum of 4 vehicles. Parking of all vehicles shall be on the unit’s driveway, under the unit, or in the garage as appropriate. No vehicles shall be parked on the shoulder of the road. Boats, boat trailers, utility, and other work trailers, unlicensed motor vehicles, jet skis, recreational vehicles, travel trailers, campers, fifth-wheel trailers, all-terrain vehicles, and similar items used on land or water may not be parked on any street within Beacon’s Reach, on a driveway or yard, except in an enclosed garage or other approved parking area within Beacon’s Reach.

3. Noise coming from a rental unit, including noise from televisions, radios and any other audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level as to not infringe upon the quiet enjoyment of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Particular care should be paid to hours before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
