—SECOND BEDROOM: Queen sized bed with slider access to pool, 50 inch Roku Smart TV, closet

—THIRD BEDROOM: Bunk bed (full and twin size) and closet

-BATHROOMS: 3 full bathrooms, one located within master suite, one guest bathroom located next to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and one within Mother in law Suite.

**all bathrooms include hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and bath towels

—MOTHER IN LAW SUITE: Queen bed, kitchenette, and full private bathroom

—POOL/BACKYARD: Relax in Florida’s sunshine in our private and fully fenced in backyard. Sun loungers and outdoor dining table are provided. Take a soak in our large, in ground pool (not heated).

Pool depth ranges between 3 ft to 7ft. Children must be supervised at all times while in pool. All swimming is done at guests own risk.

**Pool floaties and toys provided.

**Pool cleaning company comes weekly, but pool is uncovered so leaves may still enter pool, you may need to skim pool if leaves are nuisance to you.

**GRILLING**
A charcoal grill has been provided in the backyard! Guests must provide their own charcoal, and the grill must not be moved. It is placed away from the house to prevent fire hazards.

—KITCHEN: Our kitchen is spacious and open concept so you aren’t missing out on making memories while whipping up meals.

Plenty of countertop space for both prepping and preparing meals. Also plenty of space at the counter top with chairs to enjoy meals as well.

Kitchen has been fully stocked. In addition to modern appliances, we have also supplied a toaster and Keurig coffee pot and individual cup machine.

All dishes and dining ware have been included such as plates, cups, utensils, and bowls. Kids dining ware has also been provided.

In addition, we have a bar area with all bar utensils needed to make some refreshing cocktails. Wine glasses, beer glasses, champagne glasses, pitcher, and plastic cups for when guests would like to enjoy their drinks by the pool are included.

—DINING ROOM: Large dining room table that seats up to 8. Perfect place for family meals or playing a family board game.

—LIVING ROOM: Wind down with a movie night with our 65 inch Smart Roku TV (cable not included) easily sign in to your favorite streaming apps, couch is a queen pull out bed available for extra guests.

—PETS: Our pets are family, too, so we get wanting to bring them on vacation! As previously mentioned our private yard is fully fenced. We also supply dog water and food bowl if needed.

**Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay. Thank you!
**Undisclosed pets will result in a $250 fee.
**We provide a limited amount of household supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher, and laundry detergent enough to start off your stay.
**We also supply some basic seasonings, cooking oil, and coffee pods, creamer, sugar.

—Clearwater Beach known for its beautiful sugar sand beaches and is just 20 minutes away, also known for its popular Clearwater Marine Aquarium for up close views of dolphins if you miss them at our beaches!
