Hidden Gem for Peace and Quiet

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation home! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the beds were super comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect getaway spot, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Remote stay in Paradise

Remote location, beautiful views, and stocked with all the comforts of home. Kayaks were perfect for exploring the area. Everything needed to enjoy the beach were provided too. Sunrises were gorgeous from the top balcony.

Amazing location!

The pictures don't do the house justice. The views from in and out are amazing. This is the last house at the end of a sirt road and just a 1/4 mile further is one of the most pristine beaches in all of Turks and Caicos. Most days you will have it all to yourself. Get fishing licenses before you take the ferry over and use the free kayaks at the house to fish or head right off the rocks out back of the hosue to find conch! Beds are comfy, towels are plentiful, but you'll most appreciate the location.

Lovely

The property was spacious. The house has beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, life jackets, inflatable dingy, and cooler. There's also garbage bags, lots of spices, shampoo & conditioner, soap, toilet paper, dish soap, Q-Tips, flossers, cotton balls, first aid kit...lots of extras. If you bring a lot to the beach or have little ones, expect to drive. The location was private but still close to other beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. We loved the quite of Middle Caicos and would definitely return to this lovely home.

Fabulous accommodations!

Emerald Estate is rare VRBO treat...a property that completely lived up to it's descriptions and expectations! Away from anything resembling a crowd, we had miles of beach to ourselves. We enjoyed the local markets and establishments and exploring North and Middle Caicos, but mostly we enjoyed the quiet and solitude that this wonderful property offers. Impeccably furnished with lots of thoughtful extras provided for comfort and entertainment. Clara was easy to work with and made the process, the stay, and the exit effortless. Would definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a quiet tropical oasis!

We loved the home, got used to the road leading up to it (over 2 miles) the beaches close to the house were magnificent. Clara, or host checked up on us during the week. We would go back, absolutely!!!

We were looking for a place that was secluded. We walked a few feet down and had our own private beach Clara was very responsive, she always replied back within 30 min The house was clean, views from top balcony were amazing to sit and drink coffee. Family of 6, had plenty of room for everyone There were kayaks on the property which were great I would definitely stay again

Simply The Best

This house was just perfect! We knew it was going to be secluded, but had no idea that it would be seclusion in paradise. We took plenty of day trips exploring the island but we all agreed that our favorite days were spent in the "backyard" which was a beautiful, natural rock beach. We set up chairs and read outside, swam and collected shells. My husband had the best time snorkeling right there! A few steps away was a proper sandy beach area. The house was immaculate. Beautiful, clean and so comfortable. While we love to explore new places over spring break, we all unanimously decided that we want to return to Emerald Estate very soon!

Paradise

This house is located in the most beautiful setting with complete privacy - the only person we ever saw during our week-long stay was the local fisherman who passed in the distance on his boat every morning and evening. Each day taking in the views felt like seeing it all for the first time, and it was breathtaking. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we definitely hope to make a return trip.

Excellent Getaway Property

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Estates. Very secluded ocean front property on a beautiful point near the mouth of Bottle Creek. Enjoyed sitting on the upstairs veranda with an ocean view. Everything was as advertised on VRBO--well equipped and very clean. We used the provided kayaks on the lagoon behind the house and even put them in the back of an economy car and took them elsewhere. The house is 10 minutes down an interesting sandy/rocky road from the nearest paved road and about 20 minutes from groceries and restaurants. Clara, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions and to the few minor issues we found. There is good bonefishing on N. and Middle Caicos, but it does take time and effort to find them - using a kayak is important. The scenery and uncrowded nature of the island is a great contrast to Providencials, but it is important to know that there are fewer "amenities" (restaurants, organized tours, shopping, etc). But if quiet, seclusion, and access to nature are important this is a great place.

An absolutely beautiful home in a stunning location. If you want to get off the grid and completely relax, this is the place. Bonefishing was great as well. We loved it! Clara was an amazing host.

Relaxing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to North Caicos. The beaches were absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed how quiet they were. Clara was a fabulous host and took good care of us. We played a lot of cards and games and enjoyed sitting upstairs on the veranda.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at Emerald Estates. The house is great, spacious, clean and has all the amenities as if you were in your own home. Clara was delightful to deal with. The beach up the road at the North Mouth of Bottle Creek is absolutely gorgeous and is total serenity!! We hope to be back again one day!

Luxury Villa in a spectacular piece of paradise all your own

The villa was spotless upon arrival and perfectly matched the listing description and photos. Comfortable beds, great towels, uncluttered and adequately appointed. Actually it exceeded my expectations with its high ceilings, excellent central AC, amazing viewing deck and end-of -the road unimpeded views of the sea, creek and undisturbed nature. Everything was fresh and in working order. Clara was responsive and helpful at all times. Wifi functioned ok and I could connect throughout the house. If looking to spend a bit of time in a natural paradise with just you and your posse without sacrificing comfort, this is it. We saw one other person within a mile of the Villa. Sunrises over the ocean viewed from the upstairs deck were a perfect start to the day. Rent a vehicle suitable for the 10 minute rough ride in/out and provisions are really just 20 minutes away.

Beautiful island and wonderful home!

Clara’s property is amazing! It’s sited right on a rocky beach but if you follow the road and when it ends, go to the right, there’s amazing sand! The house is clean and very comfortable and well stocked with just about everything you’d need. The road to the house is very long and very rough but it’s worth the drive! We visited beautiful empty beaches every day. Do NOT miss Mudjin Harbor on Middks Caicos! The beach there is amazing and the bar and grill delicious! The peninsula lost power our first 24 hours and Clara was great throughout, she even got us a hotel room for the day so we could shower! Then a cable broke on the garage door and she was there the next day to fix it. She gave us a lot of helpful advice on things to do, go and where to buy things. If you’re stocking up in Provo (which I would strongly recommend) but plenty of fruits and veggies as there was hardly any on the island. A wonderful place and a fabulous trip!

Beautiful house on stunning blue ocean water!

My husband and I loved our stay at Emerald Estate. The house is large and immaculate. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Clara was quick to help and answer any questions we had. She helped us navigate the taxi service from Provo airport to the ferry to the marina on N Caicos where we rented a car. We explored all of North and Middle Caicos. Our week was amazing. The snorkeling was okay the first two days but then the high winds made the water too rough. Nonetheless, there were many places to explore. (Side note: bottled water is needed for consumption at Emerald Estate.) There were 3 small grocery stores which made buying necessities easy. There is no way any pictures can do justice to the beauty of the water on this island. Thank you, Clara! We loved our 40th anniversary trip to North Caicos!

Great location

If you like a place that is beautiful and far from people, this is a perfect spot. Access to the ocean and the mouth of bottle creek. The only thing better, would be a direct path from the house to the lagoon so you wouldn't have to transport the kayaks by car. Rocky shore but in a half mile of walking there are endless white sand beaches.
