St Simons Rentals is proud to present Mariner Cottage. This lovely cottage is located in the beautiful seaside community of Coast Cottages. The award winning community boasts of two pools and beach access with a boardwalk at a wide section of the St. Simonâs beach. Go for a morning stroll, only a short walk to the beach.
Mariner Cottage, built in 2000, has a unique feature of a stunning living room built in the shape of a lighthouse. A great place to relax with family and friends, this room is filled with light from the floor to ceiling windows. At night the lighting is spectacular and lends a cozy, comfortable, relaxed feeling to the room.
This three-story home has the living area and kitchen on the top floor. Enjoy the front and back porches with one of St. Simonâs beautiful live oaks just off the front porch and a lovely view of Coast Cottage Lane off the back covered porch.
You need not worry about carrying groceries to the top floor. Just hop on the elevator and ride to the top.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The second floor also has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a King size bed is located on the second floor with a private bathroom. Also located on the 2nd floor is the 4th bedroom that features 2 twin beds and a full bathroom.
Enjoy a bike ride into the village or take a longer trip to the north end of the island to see the beautiful setting of Christ Church amongst the hundred-year-old live oaks. Another St. Simonâs favorite is an early morning bike ride to the beach to see the sunrise. We have bikes available for rent.

Play a round of golf on one of our scenic courses or come out for a game of tennis or pickleball. We have many wonderful memories with our family and friends on St Simons Island and we hope that you will come again and again and create your own memories.
