This 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa is designed to impress with an open floor plan that provides ample cabinet and storage space. It’s been updated to meet the latest vacation rental standards with fresh designer colors and a coastal vibe. Need extra sleeping space? Great Stay

The condo was very clean and nice. It was well laid out to make the most of the space. We seemed to be in the best building for easy access to both the pool and the beach. Closest to the activities.

Everyone was very friendly, the check-in was great. The pool was very nice and big. The room was as described. Perfect for our little family. The only thing that I would suggest for the property is the boardwalk getting to the beach I feel needs replaced or worked on. Just needs a little maintenance. There were several areas that I felt like could Splinter a foot. And one day there was a nail or a screw that I stepped on even with my shoes that could have really hurt someone. But I must say by the time I went to notify somebody of that it had already been taken care of, so that was pretty fast work on the maintenance crew. It just needs a little upkeep on that Boardwalk is all. I can't imagine with being so near all that sand and salt water I'm sure it's very hard to keep it perfect all the time. Aside from that, I would say it was a 5 out of 5. And absolutely nothing to do with the owners of the unit. I love to how quick they were to respond when I would send them a message, and they communicated with me everything perfectly from the time I booked. Check-in was very easy and I didn't think we'd be able to check in before but we arrived about 2:00. We had planned on just going to the beach until check in. But as we were unloading our vehicle we got a message saying that the unit was ready and we were able to check right on in. We didn't ask to do that but they sent us a message and it worked out perfect.

Great location. Nice beach area. Resort well-kept.

Unit was very clean with nice view of the beach. Easy beach access. Host was very responsive. Location of resort convenient to popular areas.
