Whether you are hosting a lively dinner party or enjoying a quiet evening with a book, the layout offers both entertaining and relaxing environments. The back lanai offers a view of the lake and morning sunrises, while the front lanai provides a space for afternoon gatherings with neighbors. The primary bedroom has a King bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, large walk-in shower, and his-and-her closets. The guest bedroom includes a Queen bed and smart TV. For many years we dreamed of owning our own piece of paradise in the Sunshine State and in 2020 we made our dream a reality. We now have 3 properties in Southwest Florida that we welcome guests to make their home away from home.
Outside of work, we enjoy traveling, spending time together as a family, watching our children play in sports, going to the beach, playing golf, boating, hiking, and exploring new places.
