End of Summer promotion!! 10% off August and Sept stays ⭐️😁 Our newly renovated, charming condo is in walking distance to area restaurants and beautiful white-sand beaches of Gulf Shores. This unique unit is situated between the Little Lagoon and Gulf Shore Beach, very close to sand, surf, fishing spots, nightlife and many area activities. With a master bedroom, twin beds in the loft, comfy sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms, this sweet spot can easily accommodate up to 6 people.

On-site amenities, include outdoor pool, boat launch and grilling area. Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen w/dual drip/Keurig coffee maker, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are included in unit to make your beach getaway convenient and comfortable. There is a balcony for your early risers to enjoy a morning coffee too.

Please note, this unit is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. Designated parking available on site.

Hello! My husband Andy and I are thrilled to have recently purchased this sweet spot and share it with others who appreciate beach life. Andy is very handy, and he personally renovated the space himself to make it as comfortable as possible - our home away from home when we have the opportunity to spend time there. As we open our second home to you, we hope you find the unique personal touches throughout the space and proximity to the beautiful beach and all the area as to offer a great value for this unique property. This cheery condo is situated right across the street from the beach where you can enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony with ocean view and salty breezes. Spend sunny afternoons lounging by the community pool with a good book or take a short 7-8 minute walk down the main road to the beach entrance and nearby restaurants.
Saunter inside to the newly renovated unit with charming surf decor and warm custom touches lovingly hand done by the owners. Take a load off after a long day on the water and watch a show on one of the flatscreen TVs.

The fully functional kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances, plentiful cabinet and counter space and numerous accessories such as a dual Keurig drip-coffee maker, microwave and toaster. There is also a coffee shop and general store about a 1-minute walk away. Friendly staff, beach gear and cute second floor cappuccino bar all conveniently located for your needs.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and workspace in case you need to make a quick business check-in during your play time, or if you are perhaps considering a working vacation. The first-floor bathroom has a tub and shower combination and in-unit washer/dryer.

The spiral staircase leads to a cozy loft with two twin beds, privacy curtains, flat screen TV and full bathroom with shower.

The living room has a comfy, plush sleeper sofa and flat screen TV as well.

After you take a dip in the community pool, you can drop a line from the private dock into the lagoon out back where there is also an area to launch your boat or kayak you might bring along and visit neighborhood restaurants "water side". Or simply take it easy and grill burgers by the little lagoon after your day's adventures.
