This three-level two-family detached home featuring two private apartments
Newark Ruby is a duplex (two-level) 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Includes parking for 3 vehicles (2 in garage and 1 in driveway, can fit one sprinter or passenger van).
Newark Pearl is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Accessible via three short flights of stairs, this well-appointed unit offers both comfort and convenience for your stay.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Two Master Bedrooms: 2 queen size beds + 4 queen air mattresses + 2 cribs for infants/toddlers
- Two Middle Bedrooms: 1 queen size beds + 1 full size bed
- Two Smaller Bedrooms: 3 twin sized beds
- Living Room: 1 queen size sofa bed
Each bedroom has a closet (four walk-in closets), hangers, and dressers for your convenience. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer and extra linens provided. Master bedrooms have Smart TVs with streaming services (Amazon, Samsung Plus, YouTube and Netflix), free WiFi (1 GB fiber optics) throughout the home.
BATHROOMS:
- Two Ensuite Bathroom: 2 walk-in showers, 2 toilet, 2 sinks
- Two Hallway Bathroom: 2 bathtubs, 2 toilet, 2 sinks
Both bathrooms are stocked with hotel-style amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. Extra towels provided.
