Located in Building 3, the closest to the ocean, it's on the third floor with convenient elevator access. This is a lower density complex so no waiting for elevators like you would at a high rise! Enjoy your peaceful, private balcony which features bar-height table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee with a beach view or an evening glass of wine.
The condo includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bath, while the guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a twin. Additionally, the living room sofa converts into a full-size bed for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, ensures you have everything you need for your stay (minus the groceries). 3rd floor is accessed by elevator or stairs.
The resort features two pools, one heated, and four hot tubs for relaxing after a beach day. If you're up for some physical activity, enjoy the complex shuffleboard and tennis and pickleball courts. St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet provides a secure, 24-hour gated environment, perfect for letting the kids explore the pool or beach independently.
In addition to the beach, the resort's prime location offers easy access to numerous restaurants and shops. It's adjacent to the new Guy Harvey Resort, and Salt Life Restaurant offers a golf cart service to take you to dinner. Nearby attractions include a putt-putt golf course and the Red Trolley Train, which stops right outside the property to take you into St. Augustine. National Geographic has recognized St. Augustine as a top destination, and Ocean and Racquet was voted St. Augustine's Best Condo Community.
Guests have direct beach and pool access. There is also 24 hour security & guard on site. If you'd like to play tennis or pickleball you must register with the tennis court management on property.
- Parking: Parking passes are $25 one time, (not daily). You must preregister and purchase via the resort website in advance (instructions and details sent before your stay). If passes are purchased day of arrival, the charge is $40 per pass.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
