Absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Paty! Israel, Alonso and Rosario made us feel like absolute royalty. 8 adults and 7 children and it felt relaxed! Incredible location, stunning views and great amenities. It was the people who work at this house, though, that made the experience as incredible as it was. No notes! Muchisimas gracias!

Amazing vacation! The house has true beach access and the beach was perfect. The house is beautiful and great for groups. Israel is one of the nicest persons we’ve ever met, cannot say enough good things about him. The chef is outstanding, the food was soo good! Highly recommend. My only suggestion is that the house needs to update its towels and floor mats.

The view is unbelievable. The different levels of the home add so much beauty and different views. The service is detailed and exceptional. Israel was always there to help. He took care of the organizing, purchasing, and whatever what was needed. The chef and maid were wonderful. The home is beautiful. This is definitely a home to go to stay. The beach access was easy, and we enjoyed going to the beach. The pool was constantly used. No matter what the weather was we were able to enjoy the outside lower deck. We had a special celebration, and Israel, the chef, and Rosario took care of everything. Every morning Israel would ask what we needed for the next 24 hours. The upper level was very nice. The views were exceptional. We want to go again. It was peaceful and restful.

Amazing stay. The house is perfectly located with all the amenities you need. The staff is AMAZING- wow ! They make the trip and are the reason we would return. No request went unanswered. Israel is fantastic. The house could use a little maintenance, but over great.

Amazing Experience

Casa Paty was the perfect place for our 13 party group in Puerto Vallarta. The property manager, Gary, communicated great prior to arrival and Israel, the host, was tremendous throughout the stay. He was on top of everything we needed and willing to adjust as plans changed. The cook made incredible meals and housekeeper took great care of the house. There needs some updating with the sound system in the outside area but we brought a speaker so it wasn’t a problem. The staff made us feel safe with locks on the front door and beach gate as well as a security system each night. Israel was great with helping us coordinate transportation for a boat day and trips to the city and a group to play golf. The driver was always on time and helpful.

Awesome stay!

We had a large family group ranging in age from 5 to 82 on a celebratory trip! We had an amazing time! The staff was so great - anything and everything we needed was taken care of, shopped for, provided, or made for us in no time! We loved having easy access down to the beach and spent a lot of time there! The common area by the pool was a popular hangout spot for everyone and we enjoyed a few meals there! Truly have no complaints, thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was amazing and beautiful and so well kept. The staff was unbelievably gracious and accommodating! We felt spoiled and taken care of from the moment we walked in. The staff was wonderful and attentive. They helped us with our bags - were available if we had questions, etc.... the welcome snack and drinks were amazing! The entire experience was 10/10! I would recommend this place and team for anyone wanting a wonderful luxurious stay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! Close to downtown but not too close - amazing beach and such pretty views. I cannot thank this team enough for all their help making it a wonderful trip!

Amazing trip!

Our stay was absolutely incredible! From the moment we booked, Gary was so responsive and helpful, coordinating everything perfectly and answering all of our questions beforehand. The house itself was absolutely stunning—immaculate, beautifully decorated, and even more amazing in person than in the photos.The food was outstanding—we loved the chef and every meal was delicious! And Israel
 truly an angel. We felt so safe and cared for with him around. He went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable, happy, and had everything we needed. We are so grateful for him!Words truly can’t describe how magical our experience was. A huge thank you to Gary, Israel, the chef, and the housemaid for making this such an unforgettable trip. Our Casa Paty Stay

We truly enjoyed our 7 day stay at Casa Paty. We were a family of 10 from 1-1/2 to 71 and we all had a wonderful time, rarely leaving the Villa at all. The entire staff was excellent, the housekeeper attended to our every need including finding rapid help when our rental battery died. The chef was flexible with our various dietary preferences and the maid did a great job, as well. The setting/Villa was beautiful, the beach wonderful, the staff accommodating and thorough, creating memories we will carry forever.

Best Family Trip

location, location, location and the most amazing service. Beautiful villa on the beach in PV. We had out family (10 people) and enjoyed amazing food prepared by the chef and were waited on all day by Isreal who took care of everything for us ! Simply amazing - A must do!!

Relaxing time at the beach

Lovely home for a quiet vacation with the family. The owners were very responsive and helpful in planning the trip. The staff worked so hard to make sure all ur needs were met for a special celebratory week with the family.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time! We stayed 7 nights at Casa Paty. We were 6 couples with 2 littles. The service we received from Israel was top notch! He was so attentive yet allowed us to have our space and let loose. The food was amazing. Dining 3 meals per day al fresco on the lovely pool level table allowed us to watch the whales in the morning at breakfast, lunch in our swimsuits and the dinners with sunsets cant be beat. The chef created any meal that we wanted from authentic Mexican meals to steak and fresh lobster. Luz was great in keeping our rooms clean and the laundry and home looking fresh. Simply a great staff in a beautiful home in a superb location created the best week one could ask for. We will be back!

A week in PV

This property is a beautiful home that is set up nicely for large groups and get togethers. They employee the most wonderful staff that took incredibly good care of us during our stay, as a group of people that travel a lot, I can say we all felt that the staff did an amazing job of attending to us. I noticed other review comments mention a language barrier but with the use of a translation app we had no problem at all.The sun area of the property, beach and pool are shaded for the morning hours.We had a problem during our stay with the heated pool unfortunately the ocean was warmer, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool as planned. The owner when contacted claimed to be concerned and then suggested there was nothing wrong with it when his staff had informed us a part was on order for the heater.......We had to ask and then he had mentioned offering some compensation for this however nothing came of it he didn't respond to my messages which was disappointing.

Ranchers on Vacation!

Casa Paty is a great place to have a relaxing vacation! We have a group of 4-6 ranching couples that vacation in Puerto Vallarta every 2-3 years. We loved the location and the staff. This was the first time we stayed right on the beach and it did not disappoint. Some love the beach and some the pool, this was a great combination. We spent most of our time and had all of our meals down by the pool. We were a bit worried about the language barrier but it turned out not to be a problem at all! Israel was amazing helping us plan 2 special surprises throughout the week. Alonzo did a great job providing us with The best meals and Luz was an amazing housekeeper! Gary was always in communication and willing to accommodate our needs. We would definitely recommend Casa Paty!!

Beachfront Bliss for Groups!

We had the most incredible time staying at this beautiful beachfront property in Puerto Vallarta! The best part was definitely the location—right on the beach with amazing views and easy access to the ocean. It was the perfect spot to relax by the pool or spend time on the beach, especially with the added bonus of whale sightings! We were lucky enough to witness several whale breaches right from the property, which was absolutely breathtaking.This place is perfect for large groups—there’s plenty of space for everyone, and the fact that each bedroom has its own full bath was a huge win. The added services of a chef, housekeeper, and concierge made our stay even more special. We were well taken care of from start to finish, and the personal touches really made a difference.Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, this property is an ideal choice. We loved that it’s great for both relaxing and exploring, but it really shined as a spot for a girls’ trip or couples looking to unwind. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great staff and location

We were a group of three families comprising 6 adults and 4 children (age 9, 12, 12, 12).Everything about this property was as described in the listing and all of the reviews. The staff is incredible - all meals were made to our requests (we had multiple food allergies to accommodate), and someone was always available to answer questions, help arrange a driver, etc. The beach out front is nearly private due to it's location - we took family photos with ease, played in the waves and built sand castles every day. Watching the birds and whales were a routine activity from the pool deck. We went into town twice with a driver the staff arranged and did a boat ride and baby sea turtle release. The house has the usual wear and tear expected of a home on the beach with all of the sand and salt air, but nothing that detracted from our stay. The staff speak spanish (as expected) and communicate easily with translation apps - I saw someone complaining about this in a review and thought I'd address it since that's a ridiculous thing to complain about in another country.All in all, I would not hesitate to book again - great listing and good value!

Beautiful Villa

This property is outstanding! The pictures don't do it justice. It was perfect for our group of 11 adults. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Tons of common space although we spent most of our time around the pool area. The staff were great, friendly, went above and beyond and the chefs food was incredible!

When can we go back?

We had the most amazing stay! Family group ages 1-76 and everyone was happy. As a family with small kids it was amazing to have the pool and beach at our fingertips! The staff were amazing, truly kind and our meals were absolutely delish!! Not having to load the crew multiple times was so wonderful and made it actually feel like a vacation! The house was great, giant comfy beds, comfy futons in rooms for the kids and they even had high chairs and oak n plays. Thank you for everything! We will be back!

Amazing views and only steps to the beach

Property was absolutely beautiful and right on the beach! If you’re looking for fun in the sand, this property is right on the beach with XX immediate access. There are great places to relax on the patio and the table overlooking the beach along with lounge chairs, also has plenty of room rooms for large Family gathering. The master bedroom has an amazing view of the ocean. Other bedrooms do not have much light and view like the master bedroom but they are spacious. There is also a large living room upstairs which we enjoyed for family talks, and game nights. There are also two options to eat, including a large family size table upstairs or a huge table downstairs in the patio area. Everyone was super helpful and helped us coordinate many activities, including snorkeling, and massages. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We had a great time!

Spectacular experience

This is the second time we have had the opportunity to stay at Casa Paty and it did not disappoint again. The house is beautiful, spacious and the atmosphere of the property is awesome. The outdoor space was perfect for small groups. The staff was beyond excellent, very attentive and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. The meals we had at the property were all delicious with great presentation. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Magical Casa Paty

We recently returned from a magical week at Casa Paty with 10 family members ages 4 to 75. The owner Jonathan was excellent at communicating with us from our first inquiry until our final day. The amazing staff included Ismael the housekeeper who greeted us with a smile each day and kept the villa running smoothly from organizing meals to taking care of the pool and arranging rides. Alonzo the cook grocery shopped for fresh food each day and fixed wonderful, authentic meals for all of us. Our maid Luz kept the entire villa clean every day. We spent each day by the pool or on the beach and in the ocean. Kids and adults loved catching waves to body surf and looking for fish and other sea life. The beach and views were beautiful! We also made trips into Old Town PV and to the amazing botanical gardens. We have rented many places with VRBO in the US and abroad, but none with a staff. This was our most relaxing vacation ever!

This property is very important for my family because it has a lot of sentimental history for us. My father arrived to Puerto Vallarta when it was first being developed and chose this special spot in Playa Punta Negra. In that time there where a lot of places available however he didnÂŽt hesitate in choosing this location due to itÂŽs privileged beach and setting. He decided to build this villa as a family vacation home in the place he considered would be one of the best beaches of Puerto Vallarta and time proved he was correct.

When my father constructed this villa, his idea was to build a home that blended with the beauty of the constructions that made the 'Puerto Vallarta Style' a architectural concept. For this reason he incorporated two domes, roof tiles, rocks, marble and a white color through out the villa. All of this combined with all the necessary amenities in order to enjoy the villa with a great comfort. We consider our staff members friends of our family because we've known them for a long time and they're one of the strengths of our villa. We are convinced that very few homes in Puerto Vallarta can offer the service that we offer to our guests and the great location of our villa being one of the few in Puerto Vallarta, REALLY LOCATED ON THE BEACH.
