*No Additional Guests Policy:*
For safety and comfort, the number of guests must not exceed the number listed in your reservation. No additional guests or visitors are allowed without prior approval. This helps us maintain the space and provide the best experience for everyone. If this rule is broken, additional 100 dollars per guest will be charged.

*No Pets Policy:*
For the comfort of all guests and to maintain the cleanliness of the space, we have a strict no-pets policy. We kindly ask that you do not bring any pets during your stay. This ensures a clean and allergy-free environment for everyone.
Violations of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees and immediate termination of the reservation without any refund.

*No Smoking Policy:*
For the comfort and health of all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the premises. We kindly ask that guests respect this policy to ensure a clean, fresh, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

If the property smells like smoke due to a violation of this policy, a $1000 fine will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning and odor removal. Additionally, violations of this rule may result in immediate termination of the reservation, without any refund.

*Quiet Hours & Noise Policy:*
Please be mindful of noise levels during your stay, as there are tenants living upstairs. We kindly ask that you avoid loud music, parties, or disruptive gatherings—especially during the evening and nighttime hours—to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone in the building.

Important: If excessive noise levels are detected, a $1500 additional fee will be applied.

*Drain Usage Policy:*
Please avoid disposing of solid foods down the sink, as this can cause clogs and damage. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please use the provided waste bins for food scraps. If a clog occurs due to improper use, you will be responsible for the costs of repairs. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the plumbing in good condition!

*Central Air Conditioning:*
Enjoy customized comfort with our central air conditioning system. The unit features a user-friendly touchscreen that allows you to easily adjust the temperature to your preferred setting. Feel free to set it to your ideal temperature for a pleasant stay throughout your visit. If you need any assistance with the controls, just let us know!

Please make sure not to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor. The third floor is a private property and there are other guests living up there. Signs have been placed throughout the staircase when you enter to let you know which is the Airbnb unit. As soon as you enter and go up one flight of staircase, you will reach the Airbnb unit. Under no circumstances should you be going up another flight of stairs since it is restricted area.
