The Space:

Boaters will enjoy 1 walk around boat lift + kayak dock and extra kayaks to use; a water enthusiast's dream! Island hop by boat, kayak, fish, explore the breathtaking waters of SW FL! Free RV hook-up if needed.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. There is a locked single car garage on the right side of the home that is locked with the owners supplies. You and your guests still have full access to the 2 car garage to the left of the home.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood and extremely safe, everything is in walking distance to shops and restaurants.



Getting Around:

can get around by walking, biking, kayak or boat.



Other Things to Note:

Complete privacy on open water on both sides. Safe quiet neighborhood in walking distance to restaurants and shopes.

I live 15 miles away, but I'm available if you have any issues. The home is self check in and out. I'm happy to assist you with any questions or emergencies 24/7 by phone or text.
