We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Nestled in a secure, family-friendly neighborhood, this delightful home is just steps from the Ralston Creek Trail, a scenic 12-mile path linking to top-rated parks and historic sites. You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for activities and sights in the area, your hosts are readily available to assist you via booking app, phone or text. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay.

Your private movie theater room sets the scene for cozy nights with a 75-inch Smart TV and reclining sofas. The game room brings endless fun with Xbox, Oculus VR, Nintendo 64, air hockey, and arcade favorites like Pac-Man and Star Wars pinball. For quieter moments, the downstairs area features board games, a swinging chair, and a sectional couch, while younger guests can enjoy the KidzKorner stocked with books, bean bags, and plush toys.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a backyard retreat designed for both energy and calm. A 10-person spa pool invites you to unwind, while the fire pit and patio create the perfect spot for sharing stories into the evening. Music lovers can spin records on the vintage player or enjoy crisp sound from the Echo Studio system. With outdoor dining and a BBQ grill, meals under the open sky become part of the experience.

Work and wellness
Balancing work and leisure is simple here. Two dedicated workstations with natural light, monitors, and high-speed WiFi keep you productive, while the home gym offers a full setup including a punching bag, weights, rowing machine, and yoga mats. Scenic walking and biking trails just beyond the property let you recharge outdoors.

Kitchen and dining
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with essentials like a blender and rice maker, giving you flexibility for everyday meals or special gatherings. A spacious dining table seats 12, perfect for large group dinners, and the outdoor dining area provides another welcoming space for shared meals.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms are designed to accommodate groups comfortably. Four private bedrooms are located upstairs, each prepared with soft linens and extra blankets. On the lower level, twin XL Murphy beds are separated by curtains for privacy, and a bonus air mattress adds further flexibility.

Bathrooms
With 3.5 bathrooms across the home, convenience is always within reach. The master ensuite features a large vanity, a guest bathroom offers a full tub, and the lower level has a newly renovated walk-in shower. Bathrooms on each floor provide easy access for all guests.

Family friendly touches
Traveling with children is made simple with a high chair, Pack 'n Play, baby bath, and table corner guards provided. Books, toys, and children’s dinnerware ensure younger guests are comfortable and engaged.

Neighborhood
Located near Ralston Creek Trail, Arvada Blunn Reservoir for kayaking, and Apex Park for climbing and hiking, the home is surrounded by outdoor adventure. The Apex Center offers ice skating and indoor climbing, while Secrest Pool and Lake Arbor Park provide warm-weather fun from swimming to fishing.

This property offers space to relax, play, and connect, making it easy to feel at home while enjoying everything Arvada has to offer.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
