This oasis is conveniently nestled steps from Rosemary Beach in Inlet Beach. Après Beach is a spacious 5 bedroom, 2314 sq ft home that is perfect for adult groups or families with kids. The relaxed coastal feel is inviting and you will feel at-home in the open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas. You will love preparing your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Multiple balconies overlook the backyard oasis with a private pool. With on-site parking for 3 vehicles—plus 6 complimentary adult bikes—exploring the local shops, dining spots, and entertainment of Rosemary Beach is a breeze!

*Our prime location does not have access to Rosemary Beach's community pools or beach access points. There is beach access at the end of our street, which is a 5-minute walk from the house.

BEACH ACCESS
Three access points, just a short walk or bike from the home:

1. Inlet Beach Public Access. This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. This beach access is one of our personal favorites and a short bike ride away!

2. Winston Lane Public Access. Located less than .3 away. This access is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary. There is not public parking available, but plenty of bike racks if you choose to ride a bike.

3. Wall Street Beach Public Access. This access is at the end of South Wall Street. About 200 yards east of the intersection of Scenic 30A and Hwy 98, turn south on to South Wall Street then proceed two blocks to the dead end at the gulf. There is no parking but there is plenty of parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access.

PARKING
Two parking spaces available (2 driveway). No street parking allowed.

HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
*Private Heated Pool **Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $25/day. Must be heated for duration of stay. If selected, it must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.
*Capacity for 2 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking allowed.
*Towels and other clothing may not be hung from balcony railings.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Space must remain pet free!
*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
