This retreat offers tranquility and fun, with easy access to sandy beaches and a private pool for relaxing in the sun. Enjoy refined beach living with an outdoor kitchen for dining outside, set against a calm coastal backdrop. Costa-Florida’s well-designed interiors and peaceful atmosphere ensure a refreshing escape, making your stay a memorable experience.

NEIGHBORHOOD
- Beachfront property with access to the beach vie community boardwalk.
- Enjoy the beach just a short walk from your door.
- Please note that Sugar Sand Community does not permit street-side parking; however, communal parking is available for residents.
- Sugar Sands is a golf cart-friendly community; however, only electric golf carts are permitted. Please ensure any golf cart used at the property complies with this guideline.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Pet-friendly, additional charges and rules apply.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
