The Space:
Your cabin blends bright, comfortable design with plenty of space for families or groups. Windows frame Hill Country views, perfect for enjoying a Texas sunrise or sunset. The primary bath offers a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and the kitchen is stocked with vacation essentials for easy meal prep. You’ll also have a washer and dryer in-unit. Step out to your private patio or backyard with a fire pit and hammock—ideal for coffee, conversation, and stargazing under the Hill Country night sky. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

Guest Access:
Your cabin is completely private for your group, with its own patio and backyard space. You’ll also have full access to all shared amenities—sparkling pool, wood-burning fire pits, hammocks, picnic areas, and yard games. Events and gatherings are welcome in your cabin or community areas with prior approval. Free parking for 2–4 vehicles is included. Self-check-in makes arrival easy, and our team is just a message or call away if you need anything during your stay.

Spend your days sailing on the lake, floating the San Marcos or Guadalupe Rivers, or hiking scenic trails. Within a short drive, you can sip your way through Fredericksburg’s wineries, dance at historic Gruene Hall, catch live music at Whitewater Amphitheater, or make a splash at Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Safe, quiet, and surrounded by nature—it’s the perfect base for both adventure and relaxation.

Getting Around:
Most guests arrive by car to explore the Texas Hill Country at their own pace. We’re about 1 hour from both Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and San Antonio International Airport. Each cabin includes free parking for 2–4 vehicles. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available locally, and our central location makes day trips to Hill Country attractions easy.

Other Things to Note:
Pets stay free! Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–7 a.m. to keep the property peaceful for all guests. Parties and events are welcome with prior approval. As part of a dark-sky community, we keep outdoor lighting low for incredible stargazing—bring your telescope if you have one! Please be mindful that we’re on a septic system, so try to space out water use if you have extra guests. No smoking on the property.
