4BR Presidential Condo – Smugglers’ Notch Fun!

Summary:
Nestled within a secluded mountain village, this resort offers a variety of neighborhoods to suit your needs - from wooded areas promising privacy to those close to the lively Village Center. Each neighborhood provides exclusive amenities for a one-of-a-kind vacation experience that will leave you with memories to cherish for years.

The Space:
Aspens, Sycamores, Balsams: Come for the serenity stay for all the the things to do! This 4 bedroom/4bath Presidential condo is 2502-2540 sq ft! The master bedroom has a king bed and attached en suite with a jetted tub (most). The second bedroom has a king bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have two double beds. In the cozy living room there is a fireplace and access to the balcony where you can socialize while you enjoy the fresh mountain air/views! This condo can accommodate up to 12 guests!  With full kitchen and a dinning room, you can choose the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With incredible amenities and loads of activities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!

Wi-Fi is available in all suites.

Please be aware that due to inventory constraints at this resort, it is possible that your reservation may not guarantee the same suite for all nights. If this occurs, you may be required to relocate to a different suite during your stay. Presidential Reserve Benefits only apply to Presidential Reserve Suites located in the Owls II building. Presidential suites located Owls I and Owl II buildings do not receive Presidential Reserve benefits.

Suite types and size vary by building. Lodging and upgrades are based on availability.

The ski season runs from November through April, subject to weather and trail conditions.

Access to the Community Center located in your condominium association are available at no charge. You may ONLY access the Community Center you are lodged in. Community Centers are not available at all associations.

For onsite activities, there is a requirement and extra cost of a Staycation or Smugglers Pass of $89 (varies)per day for Adults and $69 (varies) per day for children. However if you book a Deluxe room, each of those unit types have their own community pool that you have access to for no extra costs.

Many facilities and amenities are available seasonally- inquire with resort to check availability.
The surrounding terrain at Smugglers' Notch includes unpaved roads and walkways. Most buildings are on the slope or hillside with no elevators and may require multiple flights of stairs.
You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.

Pets are not permitted.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Getting Around:
On-site shuttle service to resort amenities runs daily from 8 a.m. to 11:15 p.m. in the winter and summer seasons. Shuttle services are not available during the Spring and Fall seasons
A mountain shuttle dedicated to transporting skiers and riders from The Welcome Sign in the Village to the upper mountain is offered daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the winter season.
Walking Directions: The Family Table → Welcome Center (Village Center)
Start at The Family Table (located near the Village Green or next to the Ben & Jerry’s cart).
Head south along the main village pathway—look for signage pointing toward "Welcome Center" or "Guest Services."
Walk past the Country Store and Ben & Jerry’s, keeping those on your right.
Continue straight for about 2–3 minutes.
The Welcome Center is the large building on your left with Wyndham signage and parking in front.

Other Things to Note:
You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.
Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damage has occurred.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
