This is a remote location down dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

☆ THINGS TO NOTE:
- Roads: There are dirt roads to get to the home
- Yard: No fenced yard
- Outdoor Surveillance: We have 1 outdoor camera facing driveway. On 24/7 nothing inside, nothing in the back
- Cell Coverage: There is no cell phone coverage so you must use the wifi
- Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

☆ RULES
- Noise: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
- Day Guests: NO unauthorized guests. Day guests are $150 per guest to use the amenities at the home.
- Pets: We do have a pet fee of $195, so please add your furry friend to your guest count. Any unauthorized pets will be $500.
- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

- Doors: Doors must remain closed at all times. If critters get in the home you may be held liable for pest services
- Smoking: Mod West is a strictly NO SMOKING home. We apologize in advance, but the desert thanks you! Any additional cleaning due to smoking will result in additional fees.
- Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
- Late Check Outs: If you would like a late check out please inquire. Unauthorized late check outs past 15 mins will result in $100 fee per half hour the team has to wait.
- Left Items: Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address to cover shipping and handling

☆ HOT TUB/POOL
Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!


☆ PHOTOSHOOTS
If you're interested in having a photoshoot please let us know first for a discussion. There are additional fees, contracts, etc. You will also need to obtain a permit from the county of San Bernardino. No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
