Tässä 9. kerroksen rannalla sijaitsevassa huoneistossa voit istua tai ulkona ja nauttia upeista Persianlahden näkymistä yksityiseltä aurinkoiselta parvekkeeltasi - älä unohda kiikareita, delfiinit ovat hyvin ystävällisiä aamuisin! Tämä upea huoneisto tarjoaa kaksi makuuhuonetta hinta yksi! Makuuhuoneessa on suuri king size -vuode kaapissa, taulu-tv ja peek-a-boo näkymät Persianlahden edessä olohuoneeseen. Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, joka sopii erinomaisesti ylimääräisiin vieraisiin, kun taas queen-size-vuodesohva olohuoneessa auttaa sinua majoittamaan vielä kaksi vierasta! Awesome stay!

The condo was just as nice as the pictures. If I to critique anything it would be the mattress in the master bedroom was extremely hard. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would refer our family and friends to the condo. See you next year,

4297 Beachside II is Wonderful!

The master bedroom is very roomy compared to other condos we have stayed in. My only complaint is that the sheets were very rough and scratchy, especially on sunburned skin. Pool is heated and kids could swim even though the weather didn’t cooperate much. Parking is convenient and unit was clean. The only issue that we had was me figuring out all the several entry codes into building doors and gates. And the 2 beach chairs were broken but were replaced immediately upon my reporting. Impressive service! Location is quiet and away from any traffic madness. Lots of restaurant choices closeby too. The surf and sand is incredible!!!

In fact, it never closed complelty. This is the hallway making it diffficlt to move around. The garbage can was also on its last leg. The lid wouldn’t open when using the step. The outside table was an awkward size for the space, it was also difficult to move around it. The living room couch was dirty underneath the blanket used as a couch cover. Despite the small space, it had beautiful views! We had plenty of towels, and it was easy access to the beach. We appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Overall, it was a great stay. For the price, we simply expected some simple upgrades to make the place great!

Relaxing beach house

Unfortunately the San destin employees that setup and run the activities on the beach is under par. They are very rude and even got in a full argument with my husband because we setup, like everyone else, in front of their $50 rental chairs. That's the only reason I gave 4 out of 5. Gibson is amazing. I love the app! It was more over priced by double than what we pay for a larger condo in Panama City beach but we wanted to try a new destination. I'm not too fond of destin and won't be back by how overly crowded the roads are and the lack of different activities to do. One day every boat all the way to fort Walton was reserved so we couldn't do anything we wanted. This is nothing against Gibson as we loved Miramar beach area it was nice cam and family friendly. Thank you for allowing us to rent.

This is not intended as a review to be published, but wanted to provide feedback to owner and manager. I’ve vacationed our nice per year for last 15 or so years, always staying at Beachside I or II. We again thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and this condo. However, we were disappointed by two things; - Upon 9/29 arrival we were surprised to find two floor driers and a commercial dehumidifier running with a hose from the dehumidifier draped across the living room and dining area into the kitchen sink. Apparently a restoration company was running the equipment to address moisture from a hurricane the previous week. I went downstairs and spoke to the receptionist who explained that there was nothing she could do but send an email to the manager. Ultimately I unhooked the equipment and spoke with the manager the following mornIng upon her arrival. - Dirty air filter. I checked the air filter and found that it was REALLY dirty. I’m in the business, so I can assure you this filter had not been changed in a long time. In this COVID-19 era, I would have thought that extra precautions would be taken. I want to end by repeating that this is only meant as constructive criticism and will not deter us from returning next year. Thank you.

August 2022 Stay

This condo was very clean and was fully equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs to kitchen necessities. I am very pleased with our stay. My husband, myself, and our 2 children (11 & 3) will definitely be back. The view was perfect. The master bed was a little uncomfortable but other than that I can’t see that stopping us from booking another stay. Thank you Gibson Beach Rentals for the wonderful experience for our family’s first vacation. -The Thompsons
