Ihastuttava, Persianlahden edessä 1 makuuhuone, jossa kerrossänky huone, jossa on 972 neliömetriä. Olohuoneessa ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on TV ja DVD.

4301 Beachside II on ihastuttava 1 makuuhuone + kerrossänky / 1 kylpyhuone, joka sijaitsee 10. kerroksessa ja josta on upeat suorat näkymät Persianlahdelle. Olohuone on hyvin kutsuva ja keittiö on hyvin varustettu. Mestarissa on king-vuode ja kerrossänky on lasten alue, jossa on kerrossänky. Jokainen, joka pysyy täällä, rakastaa sitä - ja lapset rakastavat omaa kerrossänkyä, jossa on tv / dvd! Rakennuksessa on suora pääsy rannalle sekä oma uima-allas.

This property is absolutely GREAT! My family and I have been coming to Sandestin for some time now. This was the first time my wife and I traveled here without the kids and this unit was absolutely perfect for us. You can't beat the location being right on the beach. The golf cart just enhances the experience making it easier to get around the property. Management and the host was absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely recommend this unit.

Great Location but Needs some Work

The location is great in that you have an upper level view of the beach. But, I want to help others bringing families to the condo. The spare bedroom with the bunk beds is VERY small and the beds are small and very tight for older children. You can not fit luggage in there. And you can not see the tv from the bed in the room based on how the bed is situated to the tv. Plus, the air in there doesn’t seem to work. Additionally, the doors in the place are all tight and make a loud noise to open and you will wake up your family when opening a door to use the restroom at night. I just want to help others to know the situation. The bed in the pull out sofa was full of sand. But it worked okay for our family for just a few days. However I don’t think we’d rent this unit again. It’s just too small for our family of 4. The manager was great to communicate with during our stay, although we didn’t need anything while there.

Great Location w/ Amazing View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo location is very convenient and located within a gated community. The building felt very safe with easy parking and elevator access. The pool being closed was no problem this time of year with access to the beach right out the door and down the walkway.The views are AMAZING but the condo itself is a little older and dated, it was perfect enough for our small group of 3 girls but I would say a bit tight for anything larger than a couple and 2 small children. The couch and bedroom furniture (squeaky bed) could use some updating and kitchen utensils were lacking or rather felt like a hodge podge of leftover pieces.There is a small closet with some beach supplies inside which would be good if you have small kids.An update to this condo to a little bit more modern would take this rental to the next level.Response from owners was excellent and felt it met our expectations.

Beachside II

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachside II. My only small suggestion would be consider updating living room furniture and bedroom mattress. Both were quite uncomfortable. However, location and balcony views more than made up for it!

Great communication

We have stayed in this unit 3 times. The location is great and the golf cart is such an added bonus. I was impressed with the communication from the property manager. I loved that they text and sent links with all the details we needed.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is how packed the beach area was. We were required to wear bracelets while on the property but I very rarely saw bracelets that we had. It appears lots of people come to this location from other condos in the area causing the beach to be very tightly packed.

Okay but needs a deep clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is cute. Great location and rental company was professional. It needs a DEEP CLEAN. Mold in the crevices of the shower. The worst water pressure I have ever experienced in a beach condo. Kitchen stocked with the bare minimum. You can tell this is an income only property. We were there for fall break and it was crowded. I can only imagine what summer is like. Golf cart was a nice touch, but there were no instructions for a special tunnel to the Baytown wharf area. It’s not marked - so that would be nice. Just lacking.

My wife and I actually got married on this very beach 22 yrs ago before the resort even did weddings. My wife booked this rental online and the only negative I would be able to say about this place is that I did not book it for longer. The golf cart was an added treat as we drove over to the bay side every morning for coffee. It was also nice that we could take the golf cart to the grocery store and we even drove it to dinner a couple of times. Oh! I do have one bad thing to say. My wife wants me to buy her a house here with a golf cart. I have 6 years to make that happen. We are going to try and come back in the winter as we have never been to Destin in the winter time. Can't wait to get back here.
