Built in 2022, this private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom DADU sits in the heart of Queen Anne, one of Seattle’s most scenic neighborhoods. With a separate entrance off the alley, a full kitchen, modern furnishings, and walkability to parks and restaurants, it’s an ideal base for both leisure and work.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 4)
• Bedroom: Queen bed with high-thread-count linens
• Living Room: Pull-out sofa (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children)
