Tämä upea ainutlaatuinen yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee Residenciaksen riutalla. Tämä yhteisö on premier aidatulla osakehuoneisto omaisuutta. Kompleksi koostuu neljästä 3 kerroksisesta matalakerrostalosta. Tontit ovat tarpeeksi suuria tuntemaan olonsa tilavaksi, mutta riittävän pieniksi, jotta saavat aikaan erityisen 5 tähden lomakohteen tunteen. Sieltä on täysin suuntautunut merinäköala ja oma uimaranta. Siellä on kaksi yksityistä lämmitettyä uima-allasta ja kattokerroksessa solarium, jossa on ulkosuihku. Tontit ovat upeasti maisemoituja ja erittäin hoidettuja. Valkoista hiekkarantaa ylläpidetään täydellisesti runsaalla nojatuolilla ja olkikattoisilla Palapasilla varjossa ja auringossa. Venelaituri tarjoaa kätevän noutopisteen sukeltamaan tai kalastamaan. Pienet maksut voidaan periä laituria käyttävistä vieraista.
Huoneisto on erittäin hyvin varusteltu laadukkaita huonekaluja, liinavaatteita, pyyhkeitä ja täysin varustettu keittiö. Löydät kaiken tarvitsemasi, kahvinkeittimen, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoittimen, kattilat ja pannut ja paljon muuta. Siellä on ilmainen Yhdysvaltain soittaminen, Internet ja Yhdysvaltain DishTV-ohjelmointi iso näyttö -televisiossa.
Yksityinen poreallas sijaitsee katetulla terassilla merinäköalalla. Huoneistossa on kaksi vaihtovirtayksikköä ja kattotuuletin.

Kolmen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta löytyy useita rannan vieressä sijaitsevia ravintola-baari-rantalaitoksia, joissa on täydellinen valikoima vesiurheilulajeja, kuten Sea-Doos, purjeveneet ja purjelautailu. Everything as advertised -- great stay.

Highly recommend! Great condo and complex in south part of the island. The main pool and beach area were 5 star plus. Location was close to several popular activities. Communication from host and property manager was professional andhelpful.

Perfect getaway

My stay was nothing short of fantastic! The access to scuba trips was easy. The condo grounds were very well kept. I enjoyed getting to know the local community and had many great meals where the locals eat away from the touristy places. I will be returning many times to this place !!

The stay here exceeded our expectation and the pictures don’t do it justice, just beautiful! The condo was super clean, cleaning staff came 3x/week and left the place immaculate. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, cannot recommended enough!

We've stayed here before and will again. This unit is in a great location, very clean and well appointed. The management is spot on and they addressed our very few concerns immediately. We will never stay at a hotel in Cozumel again.

Just perfect

Annual warm water dive trip and first time to Cozumel. Casa Mar was fantastic, the best most stocked condo we have stayed at. Matt and Elizabeth were awesome and great communication. Dove with Dive with Martin and they picked us up every morning at the pier right by the condo. Plenty of places to eat close by.

Perfect Stay

Property was just as described. I can't tell you how much we LOVED the decor, art work, quality linens etc. The only thing I had trouble with was working the oven but that is because I don't own a convection oven. Great balcony and view. Definitely walk over to Dona Chely's for breakfast while staying there. If we visit Cozumel we would 100% stay at this property again.

Plenty of space and a great tropical view

Of all of the places we've stayed through the years this one is our favorite. It's very clean and spacious. The Residencias Reef "resort" was just beautiful! And so well maintained. We were impressed with how well the rental was laid out with plenty of space. The Wifi worked well the whole time. The pool was very well maintained. The maid service cleaners were polite and thorough. The whole kitchen was well stocked. We felt very safe the entire time. We plan on returning to this specific rental again!

Diver’s Delight

This unit is perfect for divers and non divers alike. The views of the water, sandy beach, and pools are outstanding. The unit comes well equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing get away. The owner, Ross, is great to with and responds to messages or questions very quickly. My son and I were absolutely thrilled with the property. I would recommend Residencias Reef and unit 8350 without hesitation. We will be back!

Everything they say is TRUE!

My wife and I stayed at this location at Residencias Reef for a week in February and hated to leave. The condo was 5 star gorgeous, the two pools were immaculate (and heated), the landscaping and grounds were perfect, and the beach was great. The view from the balcony was nice as well. Loved the welcome basket, Dish TV, and WIFI. The magic jack phone made it easy to call the States toll free. We rented a car and felt very safe traveling all over the island but the extra security at the Reefs was comforting. I really can't say enough about the time we spent there. We hope to make it back someday.

Out of this world

Where to even begin. This property and condo is five star all the way. It was clean and comfortable everything that you would ever need in a condo. I hate to leave this review because I want it to be available when we return. That grounds are very well maintained and the staff could not have been an better. Beautiful beach and you almost have it to yourself. We met some amazing people and most have stayed there before or own. We stayed 3 weeks and did not want to leave. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. Having a washer and dryer was a high bonus. Until next time….

The best ever!

We have stayed @ Residencia Reefs two times before. But this unit superseded prior stats and expectations EVEN through a hurricane! The unit is spotless, updated, & extremely comfortable. It offers a great view of the beach and main pool. Both the manager & owner were in contact with us to ensure our comfort during our stay. We were without electricity for 72 hours after the hurricane, but it didn’t matter! The comfort of the third floor unit and proximity to the pools & beach made “roughing it” fun and each. Thank you Ross & Fulvio for your attentiveness! A truly great vacation, we will be back!!!!

10 Perfect Days

Just spent 10 wonderful days at Residencias Reef with Matt and Elizabeth. The condo and exceptional service from Matt could not have been better. It exceeded our expectations in all regards. This is a perfect place for a dive vacation or a winter get-away. It is only a 5 minute walk from Aura pier where the dive boats pick you up for an easy boat ride to many dive sites. As advertised, the condo is fully equipped with anything you may need including several 5 gal bottles of pure water. The shower was hot and the views were fantastic. The complex is fairly isolated so prepare to do your grocery shopping at Mega food store in town before your arrival OR several companies offer food delivery. The kitchen is fully equipped so cooking is easy. We will be back again and again. Many thanks for a fabulous condo for our home for 10 days.

Residencias Reef is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Cozumel. The private beach is wonderful and relaxing. There is an incredible view of the ocean from the 3rd floor and the complex is located on the water. With 2 great heated pools to enjoy and access to private pier water sports are at your door. There are 2 rinse tanks by the main pool for divers and snorkelers plus we have our own on the Lanai. The grounds are beautiful, private and so peaceful. We purchased this condo in 2016 after discovering the amazing diving available at Cozumel. Now, after 10 years traveling to the island it truly is our 2nd home and we come to enjoy all the great things available on land or in the sea.

Fulvio manages this property and we do our best to make sure the property will exceed your expectations. To get your vacation started we leave coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and spices in the unit. We also leave paper products and cleaning supplies in the condo as well as a water cooler with plenty of drinking and cooking water for your stay.
There is a notebook in the condo with a list of helpful tips, our favorite restaurants and Island activities. We try to think of everything to make your stay a great one but if there is anything you need Fulvio and his staff are available to assist.

RR 8350 has one of the best views at Residencias reef and it is one of the best equipped condos available, if you might want it, we probably have it. We are continuously updating the condo to make sure it is the nicest one bedroom available. We have recently updated the Bed Set, Dining set, Shower with glass doors and a built in seat. The blinds are brand new and include full power on the ocean side and the option of full blackout or shear blinds in the bedroom. For all your beach activities we have a large drying rack and wet bar on the patio with a private rinse tank for your dive gear.
