Valoisa 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpy Oceanfront huoneisto! Suoraan rannalle ja uima-altaalle pä������sy omalta parvekkeelta. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, hiljattain remontoitu vuonna 2014! Uudet graniittiset työtasot ja uusi huonekalu! Ruokailutila kahdeksalle. Olohuoneessa on mukava kalustus, taulu-tv DVD-soittimella ja pä������sy parvekkeelle. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, oma kylpyamme, jossa on puutarha-amme ja suihkukaappi, TV, videonauhuri ja DVD sek�� suora p��äsy parvekkeelle. Ensimm��isessä vierashuoneessa on 2 twin-vuodetta ja TV ja jakaa koko kylpyamme hallilla. Toisessa vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode ja tv ja oma kylpyamme. Pääsy yhteisön allas! WiFi. Liinavaatteet. It's showing signs of age, as doors crashing into each other and is in DESPERATE need of updating. Fridge door won't stay open, or it crashes into the pantry door WIDE open. small issues, nothing major. I'd stay there again, if a lot of the little things are fixed, and updating of furniture.

We had a great time and enjoyed the property but the 2 bedrooms on the front of the unit need black out curtains or shades. The lights on the landing and the walkway are so bright, we could not sleep. It was daylight in our room all night.

We spend hours getting them going each time. This last time we had to reconnect every connection on one TV. The kitchen is awesome. The location is perfect! Thanks for allowing us to use this condo on our vacations. We are frequent renters.

Grandma Get Away

The island is beautiful, however this unit is not worth the money. Very dirty, whole unit needs repainting. Old appliances. Bulding pool pump directly under unit and vibrates through the unit 24/7. Guest bedrooms are right next to big A/C units and are very noisy. View and beach are pretty!

Reviewer Comments: Our flight came in early so we had to wait at the Dingy, luckily we were able to get in earlier than expected. Make sure you ask for early checkin. The girl at the front desk was able to check with housekeeping to see if our condo was ready and it was. We were on the 1st floor with good views however we were directly over the pool,luckily this time of year the pool wasn't used much. The beach is beautiful. The views of sunrise and sunset are amazing. IOPizza across the street has excellent pizza! Highly recommend it. We did need to uber into Charleston for sightseeing but if you're ok to have a quiet relaxing week away at the beach this is your place. Excellent girls trip!

Island Realty very good...Rental unit not so great

Reviewer Comments: Excellent location at but Unit 107 at 1140 Ocean Blvd needs a serious overhaul. Basics such as dishwasher, oven and dryer all suffer from age issues. Overall the unit is charming but these equipment shortcomings creat a less than satisfactory rental. Updating is mandatory if this is to become an asset to Island Realty.For our December stay the broken ( not to be used) elevator didn’t help. Having outlined the unit issues we still need to say that the island Realty maintenance staff were outstanding in their responses and help. Our rental representative was also helpful and understanding which we very much appreciate.We love this Isle of Palms location. We’ve appreciated our multiple rentals from Island Realty. Unfortunately this unit fell more than a bit short.

Three items that need to be addressed: 1. The shower drain in the front left bedroom doesn't drain ( it had issues last year too) 2. The dishwasher doesn't close well, and doesn't always clean the dishes ( same issues as last year) 3. The vacuum cleaner in the unit doesn't have good suction.
