Thanks to a large multi-court with basketball, pickleball and shuffleboard, a downstairs game room, and plenty of acreage to roam and explore... this will be your one-stop-shop for all of your entertainment needs! This incredible home includes:

- Spacious, Fully-Equipped Kitchen

A getaway in nature (without sacrificing on all of the modern comforts that we know and love) is exactly what the doctor ordered... Get ready for the vacation of your dreams with you and your loved ones! This gorgeous indoor space is going to blow you away. When you first enter the home, you are greeted with a large A-framed open-living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. Cozy up with your morning cup of coffee next to the large windows with an incredible view! The spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms are equipped with quality, sustainable linens and a luxurious mattress to ensure dreamy vacation sleep. You will want to make this home your annual tradition after you see what makes it so special!
We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!

I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.
Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
