Safety First: For your peace of mind, we have security cameras at the front door and facing the driveway. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home to ensure your privacy.

Noise Monitoring: We also have noise monitors on the exterior of the property that measure the decibel level to ensure a peaceful environment for all. These monitors do not record sound—only measure volume—to help maintain a quiet atmosphere and prevent parties.

🌟 Important Policies to Note:



Scottsdale City Ordinances: All city ordinances must be followed during your stay, ensuring that your time here is both enjoyable and respectful to the community.



Landscaping & Pool Maintenance: The property is serviced 1-2 times per week by landscaping and pool maintenance teams. While we cannot guarantee the exact day or time, they will keep the property looking pristine and the pool in top condition.



Late Checkout Fee: To ensure a smooth turnover for the next guest, a late checkout fee of $150 will apply if you stay more than 30 minutes past the agreed checkout time.



Pet Policy:



Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy



Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.



Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the home well-maintained for all guests.



This property does not allow pets. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought without prior disclosure before your booking dates.

Parking: Up to 4 cars are welcome to park on the property, ensuring ample space for your group.

Pool Heating: If you'd like to enjoy a heated pool during your stay, we offer pool heating at $150/day. The pool will be set to a comfortable 80 degrees for your ultimate relaxation.

📑 Check-In Requirements: For your safety, we do require a photo ID to be submitted and the guest agreement signed prior to check-in.





PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.
