This 5000 sqft stunning pool cabin, constructed in 2023, offers a luxurious retreat, making it the perfect getaway for those seeking serenity and relaxation. With high-end materials, furnishings, and decor, this cabin promises an unforgettable escape.

➣SAFETY is paramount, so access is controlled by a coded keypad
➣Pool Dimension : 12’x18’ 4ft deep

[POOL CLEANING SCHEDULE]
➣In order to ensure your safety, the pool is cleaned twice a week: on Monday and Thursday
➣The service window is fairly broad: anytime between 8am and 5pm
➣The cleaning company has their own door code to enter the property when guests are not inside
➣After cleaning, we recommend waiting about 30 minutes before using the pool
➣They will always knock and announce themselves when they show up

➣The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled with fresh water after each guest's stay. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.

[WATER SUPPLY]
➣Water supply comes from a well.
➣Due to high mineral content, the water is impacted by Iron & Sulfur
➣The water may have a brown tint or an odor

➣During the cold months we encourage 4WD in case we get snowfall.
➣Power outages can happen when there's a snow storm.

➣We strive for perfection but it's not always attainable. No cabin or host is perfect.
➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity not working as intended, then we need to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking to have a drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children. If not then please book another cabin
➣You must be 18 years old to book this cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣You MUST provide your ID for verification
➣SCAMMERS won't be tolerated and will be reported to the authorities for full prosecution

➣We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control.
➣You might lose cell service. Please print directions & instructions ahead of time.
➣You are in the woods and will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all bugs.
➣March through August is Carpenter Bee season. You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!

[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
➣1st payment: 50% required up front
➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $700.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
➣All refunds will be subject to a 6% processing fee

PLEASE NOTE
➣ The big fridge in the cabin has experienced an issue due to a faulty evaporator. There is a spare full-size fridge in the kitchen for you to store your groceries.
➣ The TV in the pool room is currently not operational due to damage from moisture in the air. We are currently researching a long term solution so that we don't have to continuously replace the television.
