Casa de los Sueños on 3 makuuhuonetta / 2 kylpy kotiin 13. hyvin yksityinen, hiljainen ja eristäytynyt hehtaarin kätkeytyneenä vieressä sademetsän varaukseen Escaleras Vuoria. Kiinteistö tarjoaa upeat näkymät Tyynellemerelle. Katso vuoden henkeäsalpaavia auringonlaskuja yli valtameren kaksi kolme makuuhuonetta, suuri huone ja uima-allas patio, koska takana talon kasvot länteen. Talo sijaitsee 1000 metrin merenpinnan yläpuolella ja sitä ympäröi vehreä sademetsä ja trooppinen puutarha. Suuri osa maastosta oli metsänistutuksen kotoperäisillä Costa Rican lehtipuiden, ja hedelmiä ja kukkivia puita. On runsaasti mahdollisuuksia paikalla villieläimiä omaisuutta, kuten tukaanit, valkoinen edessä-apinoita, kömmähdys apina, coati, kaksi- pohjantikka sloths, harvinainen muurahainen syöjä ja upea Morpho perhonen.

Kiinteistössä on oma "yläpuolella sademetsien kuomu" näköalatasanne 100 metrin korkeuteen viidakon kerroksessa majesteettinen Ceiba puu ympärysmitta on noin 35 jalkaa tyvestä ja noin 12 jalkaa tasolla alustan. Antiikin Maya Keski-Amerikan uskoi, että suuri Ceiba puu oli maan keskipisteeseen, joka yhdistää maanpäällinen maailma henkimaailmaan yllä. Kolme makuuhuonetta ovat ilmastoituja ja mukavasti nukkua kuusi. Suuri huone sisältää ruokasali, olohuone, keittiö, ja baarikeittiö. Pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivaaja sijaitsee pois keittiöstä. Talossa on kaikki uudet kalusteet, satelliitti-tv-palvelu, WiFi internetpalvelu, DVD- ja CD-soitin. Makuuhuone sviitissä on king size-vuode ja liukulasiovi ovet allas ja patio. Se on myös iso kylpyhuone ja poreamme. Toinen kylpyhuone sijaitsee kätevästi muuta kaksi makuuhuonetta, yksi queen-vuode ja toisessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Siivouspalvelu on kerran viikossa, sekä kokopäiväisesti talonmies / puutarhuri kuutena päivänä viikossa. On myös suuri portti suulla omaisuutta.

Talo on alle 4 km etelään kylän Dominical. Hotelli sijaitsee hyvin ainutlaatuinen alue Costa Ricassa, jossa vuoret kohtaavat meren, Casa de los Sueños on noin 2 km ylös Escaleras Vuoria. Siksi, neliveto auto on suositeltavaa.

Incredible home. The view is even better than the photos can do justice to. Complete privacy but make sure you do rent a 4x4 vehicle for the drive up! Owner and property manager were super prompt in communication and Silvia the concierge (included) was a great help in booking activities. Short drive to multiple markets and restaurants , this is an ideal area to stay in for a nice balance of activities but also away from city atmosphere. Only negative was the spa is not heated ( I like hot water!) We stayed in the rainy season & it was perfect- not too hot, no tourists, and the storms were awesome to watch. Most surreal sunset I’ve ever seen in my life from that back patio! Wonderful stay, thank you

We just recently stayed here the view incredible . It is an adventure getting up there but it was worth it and half of the fun. We will definitely be back here. Amazing restaurants near by and if you’re a surfer a wonderful surf spot near by. It’s quick to get to other towns and go exploring. Quick drive to Manuel Antonio and to the waterfall. Perfect location to get to see a lot of the country. Thanks for having us.

The other reviews speak for themselves. One of the best locations in Costa Rica, many attractions and activities. When your day is finished you come back to a secluded private oasis. Perfect get away for a large family or multiple couples trip. Will return again!

I stayed here with my family and 2 kids under 10 the kids loved the pool as did the adults. All. Amentiries needed to cook shower. The views are breathtaking and peaceful. Many beaches and restaurants Close by. Highly recommend. Any questions we had we received a response right away .

Situated about 900' in elevation with a nice ocean view in total jungle seclusion. Well maintained and the owner provided detailed directions from the airport along with a welcome basket. Property has a locked gate and security system. 4WD is a must for the steep 2 mile drive up a relatively smooth dirt road.

Perfect Property

We stayed here the second week in December and the weather was glorious. The house was just as perfect as everyone described. In fact, we enjoyed being at the house as much as anything else we did during our week visit. We saw lots of animals and birds right from the deck. Our only regret was that we did not bring binoculars. When we come back, we will be prepared with binoculars and a better camera! The privacy, serenity and long distance view of the ocean made our visit just perfect!

Slice of Remote Paradise

Equipped with everything one might need except cleaning supplies, not so much as a sponge. But, tsk tsk, small matter. We chose to buy foodstuffs in Dominical and stay in our retreat for our time. Worked out beautifully - fab relaxing view, serene setting and view of the Pacific from the covered patio and pool and hot tub (essential during frequent showers), and hours of reading good books. A vacation!

Wonderful Villa!

We spent 2 weeks at Casa Los Suenos & enjoyed every minute of it! The ocean view is spectacular! The house is spacious & very comfortable. The new outdoor areas, Rancho, sun chair deck & outdoor kitchen add everything you need to live the great outdoors. The location is perfect. Playa Dominicalito (10 minutes max) is a great "little" beach with excellent walking, go at high tide if you want to swim because it is rocky at low tide. Excellent local fish monger opposite entrance to La Percela restaurant. La Percela has gone a little more upscale (& so have the prices) which was not needed, but the view overlooking Playa Dominicalito is spectacular. Grocery store in Dominical (10 minutes) has just about everything you need. We saw Howlers & Capucine monkeys on the trees right beside the house on a couple of occasions. Heard the Howlers everyday (sometimes very early in the morning!) Would not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!

Christmas in Dominical

We were very pleased with our stay. The view was incredible and the animals and wildlife we saw on the property was a dream come true. The outside amenities were superb. We used the pool and sunning deck everyday. The fans throughout the inside and outside of the home kept the warm air moving and it was very pleasant. At night we enjoyed having the air conditioners. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable however the other 3 mattresses were quite hard and the twin bed wooden frames made a lot of noise when you rolled over. We did have to contact management a few times regarding the security system and front gate not working properly and each time they were very helpful and responded in a timely fashion. Definitely explore the waterfall that is halfway up the dirt road leading to the house. We visited that waterfall along with many others and loved them all. We would definitely recommend this property! We loved our stay in Dominical!

Awesome property manager/ owner and view !

We enjoyed our time in this Beautiful home. We were amazed at how clean the house was. Tracy was very responsive/ helpful/kind and even gave us wildlife spotting advice!! . Massi the manager of the was absolutely incredible. We had immediate responses to all our needs/questions even on the holiday. The area of Dominical is a small beach town .. we explored for a few days while traveling all over Costa Rica. The view from this house is spectacular. The remote area provides peace and tranquility so you can actually hear monkeys and toucans every day :) The wonderful AC in the bedrooms was vital to a good night sleep and the beds were SUPER comfy. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out! If you are not adventurous I might seek out a location in a populated area hotel area as the road is super easy to access via suv but I could see some folks not appreciating the narrow roads as much as we did ( which is all over Costa Rica in general! ) overall this house has it all :)

New Years in dominical

This property is amazing! Secluded and private yet close to town. The views are stunning. We saw monkeys every day and were awakened by the howler monkeys every morning. The number and types of birds seen everyday was awesome. We spent the week with our 2 adult children and their significant others ( all in their mid 20s). We had the ideal mix of activities and chill time by the pool. I would highly recommend the rope climb to the observation platform. Takes a bit of effort but worth it. And the gentleman that took us up was very patient and super knowledgeable about the plants and wildlife Use the concierge service for bookings including the private chef. They provided us with 2 dinners at a very reasonable price for 6 adults with enough leftovers for meals the next day. So much nicer than dealing with a restaurant For groceries the store in uvita is much better stocked than anything in Dominical and not that far of a drive This place is truly a gem

Beautiful! Off the beaten path!

We arrived late, at night. 4 hour drive took us 9. Very responsive, so thankful I could get internet near the house! Even though late… Tracy was responsive. We are a wild crew on the road for day trips so didn’t have a schedule, but the property manager found us when he could and checked in. A little hard to find at night, intent was the day, but well… it happens in CR! All good. We made it! Small town at bottom of mountain. No issues everyone was kind, but didn’t visit at night. Groceries or beer are pretty cheap there and again no issues, locals were very kind. The pool and view as well as the property was extremely clean, so much outdoor space! Short drive to town and food. Quiet oasis! Toucans everywhere, white face family of monkeys we saw on our hike! Like 10 of them! Secret little waterfall at the end of the road before the town, just check out google map. Don’t walk up lol, we almost died ha! But made it! Really is a gem! Only thing is it’s a bit up in the mountains, so if you’re going to cook or store food get some Tupperware and all your grocery items before you head up, Quepos is the best at a local market, all else in the house was plentiful! Pots pans dishes etc! We even left a couple rafts for someone new! One big toad that hangs out at night at the pool, but he steers clear! He’s cool! So much wildlife, we would stay again for sure! Enjoy! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This is probably the best holiday home we have ever stayed in. We couldn't fault anything.The property and grounds were perfect for wildlife - howler monkeys, Capuchin monkeys, toucans and loads more.Lovely pool with great views and wonderful interior and bedrooms.Loved it

We stayed on short notice with Tracy and team being great to work with. Very nice upgrades have been made and the outdoor sitting, lounging and grilling areas are outstanding additions since we stayed prior. Saw plenty of wildlife including two kinds of monkeys. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great Stay in Dominical

Really enjoyed staying at Casa de los Suenos in Dominical, what a special house and location. They views are magnificent and the house is well positioned to take advantage of them all. We had some amazing sunsets! The setting and wildlife are memorable to behold, with monkeys and macaws and other birds and animals nearby. Our stay was a ton of fun for the kids to experience a bit of Pura Vida on the Costa Rican coast. Many times we had dinner in downtown Dominical and Uvita and other spots just near the house and down the hill. The locals were friendly and the local food better than expected! Amazing fruits and healthy options nearby. A highlight was the local coffee and chocolate! We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an authentic Costa Rica getaway.

Another Amazing Stay

This was our second stay at Tracy’s property. It is simply magnificent. The upgrades on patio are beautiful from the last time we stayed in 2015. Everyone is wonderful, easy to contact and well the property makes you feel as if you are in paradise. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. It feels like a home away from home. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times we were not disappointed at all,the property is overall outstanding, We all enjoyed our stay very much the views of the sunset and the ocean were outstanding, and we saw monkeys tucans parrots, and more. We loved the outdoor kitchen and used it for breakfast lunch and dinners. the pool was fantastic, We were in it at least twice a day and the outdoor living room was so incredible in the morning and in the evening to watch the sunset I would highly recommend this propertyto anyone.

A Little Slice of Heaven

This place is absolutely amazing and the host is fantastic. Very responsive and the little touches make this a special place.If you are looking for a secluded spot (you will absolutely need four wheel drive as the listing says) to get away with family of all ages this is the place. You can sit in the pool and watch the most amazing sunsets you will ever see or sit on either of the outside decks and watch all the wildlife.The outdoor kitchen space is fantastic and we cooked almost all of our meals there. You are only 20 minutes from Dominical (I wish we had explored it earlier) and a relatively short drive to two national parks.This is a great place to stay and I cannot recommend it or the host strongly enough!

Family holiday

We had an amazing time at the Villa. It completely lived up to the previous reviews. Dominical is a great to explore from. The arrangements and communication with Massi was excellent. We used Silvias services a lot too- she was fantastic and I wish she was available for all our holidays!

Beautiful

Great stay. We always felt very safe wherever we went. We did see some wildlife. My kids loved the pool! You can’t beat the views. The location is great; right between Uvita and Manuel Antonio. We loved the local beaches! The road up to the house really was quite easy. We have no complaints. I would book this house again. Thanks!

Jim and Tracy live on the Texas Gulf coast. Jim is recently retired and Tracy is an artist. Some of her works are on display in the house. Casa de los Sueños is professionally operated and maintained by Costa Ballena Management (CBM), the premier property management company in the area.

Once a reservation is established with us, you will be working with Massi and Adriano from CBM to complete all the remaining details of the rental arrangement including check-in and check-out. CBM also offers concierge services to facilitate any additional sightseeing or adventure tours requested including arranging a cook or chef for the house.

The southern Pacific side of Costa Rica is stunningly beautiful and the locals are extremely friendly so right away we knew that we wanted to spend a lot of time there.

Casa de los Sueños is located on 13 acres that abut the rainforest jungle. The villa is 1,000 feet up in the Escaleras mountains with a beautiful Pacific Ocean view and yet still within 10 minutes to the nearest beach. The property is also very secluded with a lot of privacy.
