Koti on laajasti ja rakkaudella uusittu ja varustettiin top tyylikäs ja mukava kalusteet alussa Kaliforniassa Monterey kalusteet ja varusteet. Kaikki vuoteet ovat korkealaatuisia varustettiin 100% puuvillaa lakanat kaikki makuuhuoneet ja kylpyammeet. Laatu maalauksia ja kuvituksen armon seinät ja huoneisiin. Great place to stay with family!

We celebrated my 50th birthday in Palm Springs and this house was perfect for us. We all had our space and the pool was amazing as well as the location. Highly recommend!

Desert getaway

We loved the property and layout of the house. The only complaint was that many of the outlets did not work.It would have been nice if you mentioned that there are many floating devices in the garage. We wouldn’t have brought our own.We had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely mini vacation in Palm Springs!

Property is in a very quiet, established area, near the strip. We were able to walk to dinner one evening. The weather limited some activities but overall a really nice getaway for our family.

We met up with friends from around the country and explored Palm Springs. The home is well situated and well stocked. I would highly recommend this location again for people looking for a quality stay.

Perfect Stay in a Charming Historic Home

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful historic house in Palm Springs! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the main strip, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The house itself is so cozy and full of charming historical details, while still having all the modern comforts we needed.The outdoor space is a highlight—the pool is lovely, and the mountain views are absolutely stunning. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the desert sun. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The house fit our group perfectly, with plenty of space for everyone. Perfect for a family getaway!

We loved our visit to Steve’s property! The house was comfortable, clean, well stocked and very spacious for our family of 8. We loved hanging by the pool, and we easily walked into town multiple times a day for meals and ice cream. Steve was very communicative and quick to respond when we had questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun family getaway!

Fantastic home! Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was so comfy and beautiful. We had a great time cooking in the kitchen (which is greatly supplied with cooking items!) and playing games around the table. The pool was a great hit with the kids (ages 13 and 10) and I loved that it was saltwater (and worth the expense to heat it). Rooms worked out great for our family of 6. Loved the style of the home and the layout. Also really great to be within walking distance of downtown in a cool historic neighborhood. Hosts were also very communicative and helpful!

Been here to this Property 4 times for 4 years and we love it, all the local history available to all guests is amazing, also all the Mexican and Indian artifacts and priceless antiques is wonderful in this house. The super large salt water pool is also a big plus for all of us. The grounds are beautiful with the Mountain View’s right in front of you in the backyard is super Awesome as well!! Unfortunately our family is growing again so this is our last trip to this house but we have made some unforgettable memories here and this place will always stay in my heart as my favorite home in PS♥️

We Love This Property!

Our family evacuated from the Los Angeles fires and needed some time away to relax. The San Jacinto cottage was absolutely awesome for our two-week stay. It is a beautiful home. With our child and dog, it was perfect. The property is all fenced in. A true oasis. The home is very spacious and decorated with love. Extremely spacious with every amenity you could imagine... barbecue, washer dryer, etc. It did not feel like a rental but more like our home. There is a spacious grass area in the front and a huge backyard with a massive pool, two orange trees and a magnificent view of the mountains. Both my wife and I worked during the day and there was so much room that we could have lots of privacy while others enjoyed their vacation. It is located in the Historic Tennis Club area of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is beautiful and so are the neighbors, many of whom we met on our walks. The owner was incredibly kind and responsive from the moment that we booked the house. This was followed by an email with every detail of the house with step-by-step instructions on how to use everything. We were even sent a list of restaurants and activities, many of which we took advantage of and the advice was spot on. We cannot wait to return!

Stylish perfection in the desert!

We visited San Jacinto Cottage in September for 4 nights while in town for a wedding- what a gorgeous home! It was myself, my husband, our 7 month old, and my in-laws. The set-up was perfect for our group- two large, beautiful master bedrooms w/ private baths on opposite sides of the house. Then an additional two bedrooms, each with bathrooms (one full, one half). The kitchen and living room were absolutely gorgeous! The owners have great taste. The home has a great open layout, while being both functional and cozy. The owners have two children so they had pack n plays and little high chair seats we borrowed which was such a huge help not having to travel with those. And the backyard is wonderful! A lovely patio, huge gorgeous pool, all with views of the mountain. Great indoor/outdoor living. And the home is easily walkable to town which was great for morning stroller rides. Steve the owner was super helpful throughout the whole process- promptly responded back to emails and answered all my questions. And they sent us a very helpful list of favorite restaurants and great suggestions of things to do while in town. We will- without a doubt- stay here again on our next visit to Palm Springs!

This house is in the best location in Palm Springs...a quiet neighborhood and just steps away from downtown Palm Springs. The house is large...two large master room size bedrooms are on opposite sides of the building. The third bedroom is smallish with two single beds. The fourth bedroom is very small with a double bed and is right next to the back door and the washer/dryer...this room felt cramped. The pool is magnificent. It's large and deep...the type they don't install anymore. The pool was my favorite thing about this house...I would stay here just for the pool! There is a large backyard with grass, patio furniture and a BBQ. Overall, we had a great time.

The very best vacation rental ever

The home is very warm and welcoming some rentals are clean but sterile this home seems like someone loved this house and decorated it with items that meant something to them. The pool is large the air conditioners work excellently we were all impressed and did not want to leave. Beautiful neighborhood.

The San Jacinto Cottage is an absolutely stunning property! The backyard is exquisite with a gorgeous pool that we spent the entire day and evening in. The house is well stocked and the beautifully curated interior decor makes the home feel so comfortable and welcoming. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. A friends reunion brought our group together and we absolutely loved our stay here and would come back again! The owner Steve is so responsive and was delightful. He provided recommendations for places of interest and overall provided such a phenomenal experience. The location can’t be beat as it’s walkable to downtown Palm Springs and close to all the shops.

We love spending time at the San Jacinto Cottage. We love collecting items that represent the Desert and Early California living. We love desert landscape paintings and art and artifacts of the Native Americans. We also, love hiking up the mountain and walking to nearby downtown shops and eateries.

This is perfect Palm Springs home - private in every way.... with stunning views of the mountains from almost every room in the house. The Historic Tennis Club is one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods in Palm Springs. The house is very peaceful and quiet yet it is walking distance to everything Palm Springs has to offer including the Palm Springs Art Museum as well as shops and restaurants. It's also close access to hiking and nature trails at the just end of the street. There are amazing views - especially when the sun rises or sets against the beautiful mountains. There's a real sense of Palm Springs History here with a beautifully restored 1937 pool and patio area for entertaining or just relaxing in the desert.

The house is extremely peaceful and quiet. The San Jacinto Cottage is built in hacienda Monterey Style where all of the rooms open up to the outside pool and patio... And have beautiful mountain views. This home is perfectly designed for indoor / outdoor living. The home is outfitted with our personal collection of desert landscape paintings, vintage library, and period furnishings. There is also a great eat-in chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances. The beds are all quality certa beds with 100% cotton sheets and blankets
