Located on the slopes of Petit-Cul-de-Sac, the luxury villa COCO ROCK invites you to experience an unforgettable vacation in St Barts, in an elegant and refined setting. This haven of peace, close to the beaches of Petit-Cul-de-Sac and Anse de Toiny, extends over several levels and offers six bedrooms divided between four independent bungalows, accessible by stairs from a spacious parking lot with space for up to seven vehicles. Surrounded by lush vegetation, meticulously manicured lawns and touches of natural wood, the COCO ROCK villa combines modernity and conviviality for a most relaxing stay.
The first building houses a professional kitchen, an open-air dining room and an air-conditioned TV room for cosy movie nights. You'll enjoy gathering around the large dining table for up to eighteen guests. The master bedroom is located in this main bungalow and has an en-suite bathroom as well as a private terrace offering magnificent ocean views.
In another bungalow, a splendid terrace awaits you with a heated infinity pool, ideal for moments of relaxation. Under the gazebo, you can enjoy the tropical atmosphere from the comfort of the outdoor lounge. The sofa, cushions, wood and rattan elements create a unique ambience of well-being. The sun's rays filter through the slats, adding a magical touch to this idyllic setting. On deck, daybeds line the vast heated pool, offering breathtaking ocean views.
