Guests have full access to our apartment space, the back patio and seating areas, outdoor propane grill, storage chest with beach amenities, along with the laundry room for your convenience. Two parking spaces available for your stay. no access to one locked closet for owner supplies

Lots of people love to walk in the area. From our place, its a 5 minute walk to the beach across A1A. The parking is directly in front of our front door. We have two parking spots available for your stay.

2 dogs allowed with prior approval. pet fee of 75.00 will be applied per pet per stay
GUIDELINES RULES AND POLICIES - expected of all our guests.

- No Parties or events allowed.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
Guests give host the right to collect a pre-set extra guest/visitor fee of $50. per extra guest/visitor, through Airbnb resolution or otherwise, for each extra guest/visitor above the max limit set in the house rules if prior express permission was not approved by host.
- Additional day guests of 2 maximum without approval allowed but must exit by 10pm.
- If host detects party/event through any measure including security cameras, neighbors reporting, police reporting, or otherwise, a minimum of $1000 party fee, due before guest checks out & does not include extra guest/visitor fees.

- There is NO SMOKING allowed in any interior spaces. THIS INCLUDES THE COVERED SCREENED PATIO. An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed for any smoking in interior spaces.

- Dogs only are allowed with Host prior approval and an additional pet fee of $75.00 per pet paid prior to stay. A maximum of 2 dogs.
- Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste.
If outside pets must be on leash at all times, back yard is not fenced.
If you must leave your pet alone, please kennel them while unattended.
No pets in the beds! please respect other guests who are allergic.

- QUIET HOURS: 10 P.M. to 8 A.M.
- Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol.

- No fireworks on the property
- We do not tolerate harassing our neighbors or other guests, or other disrespectful/ rude behavior

Guests violating any of the above rules may be trespassed from the property, at the Host’s discretion, without notice, or refunds.
