This charming, air-conditioned home is located on the south end of Sunriver, close to the Village. The open concept space features vaulted ceilings, a floor to ceiling river rock fireplace, smart TV and that classic Sunriver cabin vibe. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals and is adjacent to the dining room with seating for six plus two more can keep the chef company at the kitchen peninsula.

On the main level you'll find two bedrooms. Bedroom one features a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom two also features a queen sized bed and has a small desk for those that have to catch up on their emails or homework while away. There is also a full guest bathroom, with shower over tub, on this level.

Head up the spiral staircase and find two additional bedrooms. Bedroom one features a queen sized bed. Bedroom two features three twin beds, TV and sitting area. There is a half guest bathroom on this level.

The great room opens up for guests to enjoy extended living on the deck with a private hot tub, gas bbq and dining area.
