Matapalo #304 is the perfect place to get away from noise and recover energy. Escape from work and enjoy the sunset view from this beautiful 2 bedrooms condo with a few minutes walking to the amazing surf and sand that draw visitors from all over the world.

This is a beautiful luxury 2-bedroom 2.5 bath condominium. It has a full view of a large pool with a swim-up bar. It is steps to the excellent swimming and surfing beach Playa Tamarindo, right in the center of town within one block of the 'Circle'. It has it all: location, views, luxurious comfort, plus all the amenities that Tamarindo must offers - Bar, Restaurants, Shopping Centers, Banks, ATM's machines, Grocery Stores, etc.

The condo is located on the grounds of the Diria Hotel, one of the most popular beach hotels in Tamarindo. The complex is gated and has 24-hour security guards. The parking lot is conveniently located within the gates where you can park 1-2 cars or even a golf cart. Matapalo #304 has a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a comfortable sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

There is a full kitchen with all utensils, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The Master Bedroom and the living area have a large patio to enjoy the view to the pool area. This Condo is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

There is a front desk at this property. You can make arrangements for check-in before your arrival directly with your reservation agent. Guests will receive the check-in instructions for property on their booking day.

Ideal location near beach

Perfect location to enjoy beach/town/restaurants then escape to relaxing private pool area. Clean, spacious rooms and patio. Manager very attentive and helpful in arranging rides/tours. Definitely returning.

We had a great experience! I would recommend this property to anyone. We are a family of 4 ( two adults and two teens). There was lots to do and everything was close by. Amazing pools and property!

All the comforts of home

It was nice to stay in a place that was central, had great access to all of the hotel and city amenities and have the comforts of home. I would recommend to anyone wanting a bit more room!

Paradise!

Gorgeous extremely large condo with 2 huge bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 bathrooms. Each room had incredible tray ceilings with accent lights and ceiling fans. Large patio with a beautiful pool view. Every room was tiled gorgeously and a very well appointed condo with super kind staff, lots of pools and restaurants! Steps from downtown and the beach! Lovely and relaxing! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo!

The perfect location to start off our trip in Costa Rica. The condo has all of the comforts of home. There is easy access to the elevator, large and comfortable rooms and beds. The balcony gets a nice breeze overlooking the pool. I highly recommend staying here! There was a small issue with the hot water but they fixed it within 2 hrs of reporting the issue. I only wish this unit was available for our entire 2 weeks! I would book again!

Great stay

We had a great stay at the condo. It was a very good value compared to other units in the same complex. There were a few minor issues during our stay. The response to address them was exceptional. Twice someone was there within 30 minutes. I am a VRBO owner so I know these things happen but the difference is all in the response.

Best location in Tamarindo

We arrived in tamarindo around 5:30pm, the office to pick up the keys was closed but they had giving us a code to a box. In that box was magnetic cards for the gates around the facilities and red bracelets to be on site. After a quick 2 min drive we entered the facility. All gated and with multiple security guards. We parked our car and took the elevator to the 3rd floor. When we entered the condo we were surprised of its size, the cellings are high and all big. The bedrooms have there own bathroom and we even found a 3rd one 2 days later next to the front door. This place is very confortable and very clean, it even has a washer / drier. When you go back down to the pool section you will find a ton of chairs with sunshade. The pool is fantastic with a wetbar and barman... Once you walk across the main street, (there is a full time crossing guard) to the lobby of the hotel, you have direct acces to the beach front. The whole surroundings are walkable and filled with stores, casino, surf shops and bars. Tamarindo is perfect for all, we surf and had a blast. I am booking here again next year for sure! Poor communication

After waking up in the hallway outside of the condo on the floor with my wife and son beside me I wondered how to write this review… So here it is. Well we found ourselves sleeping in the hallway New Years Eve because we could not access the condo due to an electronic door lock mishap and poor communication with the management company and host. Unfortunately in todays society people have forgotten customer service-little things like telling tenants where to pick up wrist bands and key cards, to not answering phone calls, texts, or emails until it suits them, to your tenants being forced to sleep out side of their rented condo, in the hallway, because no-one was on duty and/or no-one cared to answer their phone or read an email/text. If you’re into this “new” form of customer service this property and the management company-1st Choice Reality is for you. In Short the last straw was our front door electronic door lock reseting at midnight Dec 31st. and we could not gain access to the condo. Not knowing this we attempted to contact the management company and host multiple times thru VRBO and the hosts Costa Rican phone number to seek assistance, with no good results. We did get ahold of the host at 9:00 am on a US number, but he had not reviewed any messages, texts or emails..to much to fit in this comment box but in short Management Company not good.

Great location in a great beach town

This is a lovely condo right in the centre of Tamarindo - across the street from the beach - with a beautiful garden area and pool. Walking distance to so many great restaurants, shopping and the beach. Property manager was helpful in setting up activities/transportation and answering questions. Best location we've stayed in Tamarindo.
