We invite you to be our guest in this beautiful mountain townhome! The spacious floor plan and high-quality amenities make it the perfect place to enjoy your mountain getaway!

Located within The Enclave development, you'll only be a mile from the main Gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. Take an easy ride on the free bus service (bus stop is located directly across the street) to reach a day of epic skiing and snowboarding. At the end of day, take the short bus ride home or make a five minute drive to the downtown area to enjoy the wide variety of restaurants and shops. During the warmer months, there is easy access to the community bike path system.

The premier location offers an end unit with lots of windows, natural light and beautiful mountain views. The first floor offers an open and airy living area, dining area, and kitchen. With hardwood floors throughout, plenty of seating, a stone fireplace, a large flat screen television with surround sound, a DVD player, and cable, it's the perfect space to enjoy the company of family and friends. Also on the first floor is the attached 2-car garage with easy access to the kitchen through a mud room. No scraping the snow off your windshield … and there's plenty of storage in the garage for all of your equipment and gear!

The kitchen includes a microwave, gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and granite countertops. (All new Samsung kitchen appliances recently installed.) It's fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a meal. Or, if you'd prefer, feel free to enjoy any of the great restaurants and catering services available in the vicinity.

After a long day of skiing, biking, hiking, or just relaxing, feel free to curl up next to the fireplace or walk out the back door and across the street to enjoy a soak in the outdoor seasonal community hot tub.

When it's time to retire for the evening, retreat to one of the three bedrooms (each with its own ensuite bathroom) located on the second floor. Each of the two end bedrooms have a queen bed and plenty additional space to be able to relax and unwind. (The master bedroom includes a flat screen television.) The middle bedroom has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds … the perfect space for the kids to enjoy!

Steamboat is an amazing town at any time of the year. It is home to world-class skiing in the legendary “Champagne Powder” during the winter and some of the best hiking and mountain biking in the summer. No matter what time of year you visit, you'll enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere and be surrounded by some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in the world!

This townhome will provide the perfect sojourn in the mountains. Come relax and enjoy all of the amenities of this beautiful home!

• A/C: There is no air conditioning in the home. Most homes in Steamboat do not include A/C because it is rarely needed. With our amazing climate, everything cools off at night (even on the hottest of days). Just open the windows and turn on the ceiling fans, and you'll be reaching for a blanket in no time!
• Local property management is available 24/7

Our home is thoroughly cleaned after every reservation, and all linens and towels are provided. A washer and dryer is included for your use.

Great location, very nice accommodations

Very nicely appointed home close to mountain and very close to shuttle. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the sun after a day of skiing. Perfect size for family of 5 (3 adult children ages 18-25). Had a great time - absolutely no complaints.

Fabulous place

We came for our summer vacation, and the place was perfect for our stay! The garage was really great with our bikes and gear. I would certainly stay again as the access to all Steamboat has to offer is close by. Ray is also the most responsive owner I have ever had! Thanks for sharing your amazing place!

The pictures dont do it justice! Lovely townhome with a comfortable living room, good sized dining table and well stocked kitchen. There were even extra fleece blankets for the couch. Overall an excellent stay!

Spring break in Steamboat

The condo was perfect. Furnishings were all top notch and the location could not be beat. The pictures do not do it justice because you cannot tell how truly large the room is. This house was perfect for my brother and I and our two sons to get a few days of skiing in over springbreak. The house would be ideal for two families of four to split.

Even better than advertised!

What an awesome place! Way bigger than we were anticipating! Plenty of space, large bedrooms, nice bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and 2 car garage was more than appreciated during the snow storm. Hot tub is great too! Just across the street! Perfect property, highly recommended!!!

Great Stay in Steamboat

Our family of 4 really liked the townhome. The kitchen is very well stocked, everything you might need is there. House is very clean as well. Garage was good to have since we rented bikes and could leave them there overnight. Gondola square is 2 minutes away on bike. The fire pit was really nice during the evening sunsets. Great stereo system too! Lastly, we priced many places and this is a great bargain.

Great Steamboat Townhome

This place is great. It's actually bigger in person than how it shows in the pictures. We just stayed with our family, but the townhouse would be great for sharing with another family or group also since all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. It's located in a quiet area, not right in the hustle and bustle of downtown or the base of the mountain, which we appreciated. Nice grassy areas outside for the kids to play and right on a walking path. The community hot tub is nearby too. And all the neighbors were super friendly! Overall a great place.

Nice roomy property perfect for our party of 6 adults! Nicely stocked kitchen great for cooking. There were a couple of negatives and they were minor, definitely would not keep us from staying here. All of the comforters could use a washing ( too warm for us to use them fortunately) and the patio was not set up, covered in the garage. Other than that we highly recommend this home!!

Classy owners

The place is fantastic and convenient for skiing. We asked if w could place our luggage in the garage prior to check in (which is at 4 PM) on our first day and also after check out (which is at 10 AM) on our last day so we could ski the same days we were flying in and out. Owners did better than our ask. They let us get into the condo itself early and gave us a late check out. Made things so easy for us. Thank you.

Cozy, warm and comfortable

Great condo for a Steamboat getaway. Living spaces are fantastic and comfortable for family and friends to hang out and enjoy. Large dining room table is great for meals and games and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. You can tell a family owns and hosts because when you get there you feel at home. Also great views and close proximity to the hot tub. Perhaps most importantly for us it was a ski get away. The location is great for the mountain with a shuttle right outside if wanted and very convent for quick drop offs which is what we did. Quick short drive into town, the markets and the restaurants as well (and on the key chain they put the grocery store card - nice touch). All in great stay host has every detail accounted for to make and easy in and out and returned the damage deposit on the day of checkout.

Very spacious and comfortable townhome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. It is a very spacious townhome and was perfect for our 2 families. What we appreciated most about the townhome was how well stocked it was with items like paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, etc. The townhome was also located very close to the free city bus and was a quick and easy ride to the slopes everyday. When we checked in there were 2 issues with the heat and hot water, but both the owners and property manager were very responsive and able to resolve the issues in a timely manner so that I am able to give the property 5 stars. Don't hesitate to book your stay at this lovely townhome. Kristine Hofmann

Beautiful "Home Away from Home"

Ray and Stacey, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home in the mountains with us. Your home was the perfect place for our family of five to relax and enjoy a week in Steamboat Springs. You thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. It felt like a home, not a vacation rental. It was so clean and decorated so beautifully. I enjoyed cooking in your well-appointed kitchen. We loved sitting out on the front porch and enjoyed the gas fire pit. We used it so much, we had to replace the propane tank! We enjoyed visiting with your neighbors. The area is quiet, yet so close to everything. The kids enjoyed watching movies on your large flat screen TV after a full day of hiking and biking. The 2 car garage was perfect for storing all of our bikes and made loading and unloading the truck so easy. We will be back and there is no place we would rather stay than your home. Great place!

Overall, we had an excellent experience. At first I was a little concerned about the fact that there were three separate parties involved with the rental of the property: we first corresponded with the owner who answered our questions promptly and in detail; then another party was involved with the actual rental, and a final party was involved with payment, but it all seemed to work smoothly, I just hadn't experienced anything like that in previous rental transactions. The house was very comfortable for the 6 of us. The kitchen was outfitted with all of the expected appliances like microwave and coffee maker, plus a crock pot and tea kettle, new cooking utensils, pots and pans, lots of dishes, tupperware, some food pantry staples, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups and spoons, paper goods, dish detergents, dish towels and sponge. Great setup for cooking meals. I would have loved to have had the ability to sharpen the knives and to use a stable cutting board as opposed to the plastic ones that move around when you're trying to use them. We also appreciated the big dining room table that easily and comfortably sat the 6 of us. We also enjoyed the ability for all of us to hang out in the living room while we either read, watched movies or the "game." The movie collection included titles for everyone to enjoy and the book collection included some great reading material. The only thing that could have been a bit better was the light in the living room. It was difficult to read with the available lights. The temperature of the house was perfect during the day, but I would have liked it to be a bit colder at night in order to use the comforters. The huge hot tub was just across the street (out the garage door and to the right down a path next to a neighbor's unit) and was kept at a perfect 100 degrees. That was a delight to have. I was hoping to find additional towels to use to go to the hot tub, but there weren't any. The bus stop #106 could be seen from the front window and was a short walk down the street. Very, convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable, included nice sheets and possibly a memory-foam topper on the mattress. There were two sets of twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. A washer and dryer were available on the 2nd floor. Bathrooms were nice with a large tub in the master. If I could suggest hand towels be provided with the bath towels and washcloths, and additional pillows. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house!

Spacious and Comfortable

Great vacation rental for a group ski trip. The en suite full baths in every bedroom was really nice - and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked to cook a few meals. Bedrooms were large and comfortable enough - the bunk beds are a bit on the shorter end so if you have tall adults planning to stay there they may be less comfortable. Location was easy to find, close to the shuttle to the ski resort, and about a 20 minute walk to the base area as well. Right across the street from the outdoor shared community hot tub. Hosts were responsive over text and check-in/out were both smooth. The common area on the first floor - kitchen, dining, living - was spacious which was great for everyone to comfortably hang out.
