Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mindâone featuring a cozy queen bed, and the other with two full beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. â Security Deposit - A refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit, including towels and linens, the hold will be released 7 days after your stay.
*Important Notice: We strictly enforce the maximum occupancy of 6 guests in this unit. No visitors are allowed at any timeâonly registered guests on the reservation may enter. To ensure compliance, we monitor our Ring cameras and have a maintenance team patrolling daily. Violations will result in immediate removal. These rules align with city fire codes and are in place to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation!
