Bathrooms aren t an issue either with a newly renovated full bathroom located on each floor, getting ready in the mornings will be a breeze! When it s time to plan out the day s activities as a group, you can convene on the sectional sofa in the comfy lower level living room or in the sun porch on the main level, overlooking the spacious backyard. The lower level also a great place to wind down at the end of the day with a movie, or to host a game night with board games, two arcade games, darts and basketball. The kids in your group will also be sure to love the whimsical play area located outdoors.

When it s time to prepare a meal, you ll be sure to enjoy a well appointed kitchen that has been stocked with everything needed to prepare a gourmet feast. Attached to the kitchen, is a large seating area with an additional prep sink and island seating for four. In the attached living space, there is a large dining table with room for up to eight!

While the interior is comfortable and spacious, you ll probably be dying to get outside and enjoy nature. The grassy, beautifully landscaped back and side yards are huge. Gather around the tranquil outdoor fire pit space under the stairs for conversation and marshmallow roasting or relax and enjoy the total privacy of this backyard patio space with seating for eight.

Additional Information
This home has quick access to Highway I-196, and is a short drive to the North Shore Drive exit (Exit 22). Since the West side of the property does run in line with the highway, there is some vehicle noise that can be heard from the exterior of the home. However, this noise can not be heard from the interior of the home.
