Fully equipped with everything you need to vacation in Port Aransas, Condo 122 has comfortable furnishings and excellent style. This condo has been recently renovated and is the perfect beach getaway. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, making it the ideal spot to relax after a long day at the beach along with an ensuite bathroom which has a walk-in shower. Your guest will also enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in their queen-sized bed in one guest room; while the other guest room has a twin over-queen bunk bed. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower. The spacious living area provides plenty of space for your entire family. The living has a flat screen TV and comfortable seating for your whole group to relax in to vacation mode with an enjoyable movie. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in the newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen. The dining table awaits with seating for 8. The spacious patio is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. This beautifully decorated condo will be the ideal spot to enjoy the serenity of island life!

Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.

A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.
