Welcome to 30A Beachside Waters. Beautiful gulf-facing condo on the beach side of 30A! Ocean views from the balcony. Steps from your PRIVATE guest-only beach. This cozy 1-bedroom unit sleeps 4 and offers easy access to world-class dining at nearby restaurants like Cafe Thirty A. This is exactly where you want to be!

THE SPACE
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, with 2 twin bunk beds in the hallways (see photos). Great for couples, or small families / groups looking for a sweet beach getaway. This unit is on the 2nd floor up one flight of stairs (no elevator). There is a king mattress in the bedroom, and 2 twin bunks in the hallway. Sleeps 4.
This 1982 beachfront condo may exhibit some signs of its age but has been well loved over the years. Recent renovations inclue exterior paint, all new doors and windows.
Please note: Exterior improvements / necessary repairs on the building and neighboring buildings may occur intermittently and without notice.

AMENITIES TO GET YOU SETTLED IN
Enjoy a starter set of amenities during your stay. Our kitchen essentials include 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 trashcan liner. In each bathroom, you'll find 2 soap bars, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 makeup rag, and 3 rolls of toilet paper, as well as 2 bathroom garbage bags, 3 hand towels in the master bathroom, 4 washcloths, and 4 bath towels. We have a Keurig coffee maker but do not provide pods.
BEACH ACCESS
The nearest beach is just steps away. From the condo, walk down the first flight of stairs and you should see the top of another set of stairs that leads down to the water. This beach is private and available for guests of Beachside Condos (which includes you).
BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA
4 portable folding beach chairs (Tommy Bahama style or similar) and 1 umbrella + sand anchor are provided for guests.
Most guests our happy with our equipment, but beach chair service is also an option via a local vendor ($30/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella)
POOL
Available year round but is not heated. 2 min walk.
LAUNDRY
Washer & dryer available in the unit.
TV/ INTERNET
In addition to Vizio Watch Free+, and MediaCom basic cable, each TV has Chromecast, allowing you to stream your favorite apps from your personal subscription accounts). Please note that while we provide TVs and internet for convenience, Mediacom has been known to have instability in this area, and we cannot always guarantee operation or specific channel availability.
SECURITY CAMERAS
We have 1 Ring Doorbell Cam that faces the exterior hallway. There are no interior cameras.
PARKING INFO
There is space for one car (or cart) in the parking lot. It is free but not gated, and is only available to Beachside guests. Parking passes are required and will be provided in the unit when you arrive.

- Hold is similar to a hotel card-on-file
- Hosts not responsible for temporary outages, closures (beach, pool, etc), maintenance, construction, or weather-related issues.
- No refunds outside our cancellation policy
- Rule violations may result in fines or cancellation without refund

- Trash, including fridge. (Excessive trash may result in a fee)
